The tracks big but not that big , of course the land around the track and Grandstand would house even more properties but i was talking about the actual land the track and grandstand actually sit on if it was to be left in situ -

There is but as the land becomes owned by developers they wont see it that way , most likely space for 4-6 houses depending on there size on the land the track sits on will make them far more money than noisy dirty speedway does The events centre will cause more noise than speedway once a week/ month -

Things may of changed so what you heard maybe the updated information, if its to be one more year lets hope they put the effort into making it as memorable as 1999-2006 & 2021 Its looking like British Speedway really is dying a slow but sure death , as theres a few tracks or clubs that have uncertain futures -

Whispers i heard were at the back end of last season and theres obviously others that heard very similar whispers , What was past to me was past from down through others ,i took it with a pinch of salt & believe it when or if it happens outlook , but the whisper has continued especially the sharing the AFA to bide sometime, Edinburgh found somewhere either by luck or having the right people looking, Who actually owns the Events Centre , with audience , performers and the sets coming and going that goes on there causing noise similar to the race track but all year round it seems that is to be tolerated still and is in the future plans . Is the track on more valuable grounds than the nearby Events Centre -

Watching the speed generated at the NSS tonight and to think in a couple of weeks the Panthers go there its going to be so embarrassing again, especially for Hans ,Nicholls & Ostergaard , -

Theres now even another side to Cook in the fact hes not the dominating rider of Ashfield anymore as the test match showed on Saturday at Glasgow, you really cannot judge him at all these days on what sort of performance he will put in, -

Panthers need to win this meeting to keep any interest in there season alive for now , let alone stay in with a chance of the play offs Beaten easily by 10 in the A fixture even with Chris Harris getting an 18pt max on the night , Going to be another long hard struggle and if either Harris or Basso are not totally on the pace it could easily be another very disappointing night for Panther fans -
Would Belle Vue release him from the #8 role , Max Clegg and James Shanes have no contracts with another premiership club so they would be easier to sign
-
When you think Hans used to hate finishing second in a race his outlook really has changed now
-
His toe was hurting and he couldn't reach it to rub it better
-
It would of been MPT with Harris but for injury maybe Hans was the only one who agreed to ride
