Replace Holder with Cook: how things have turned around from replacing Cook with Summers and the logo colour excuse Cant see MT taking to kindly to being told what to do with his money especially as a big business owner himself

So have you heard some whispers as well then about MT withdrawing some of his sponsorship

If Peterborough have any ambitions of even being a competitive team in 2023 they need both Holder and Pedersen

Peterborough it seems are back to square one with Buster slashing the team again , at the rate hes going cant see Peterborough lasting this season out now ,

Isnt this similar to what Buster did to Ged Rathbone let him agree deals with riders then butcher the team and expect the paying public to keep turning up ,

So whats caused Buster to have his so called paddy concerning the inclusion of Holder ? , Everyone knows the Chapman / Holder history But If kevlars were ordered for Holder he must clearly of been in the team until the last week / 10 days Maybe Holder's sponsor logos are the wrong colour again , Something just doesn't add up

He could use the Kevlars that were ordered by Peterborough then As they were rumoured to have alot of purple in the colouring so at least they will look blue from a distance

Hope the balloons sent up over the Ipswich area from Peterborough dont get shot down before the info is retrieved as to who is actually signing for the Witches Update . The ballons are just the standard type blue ones with Happy Birthday printed on them due in the main to the budget that Peterborough Speedway is now being run to, as cheap is cheerful now it seems

Doubt very much they could use the Grandstand again as it's built of brick/ block is it not and the metalwork for the roof more than likely not up to the required standards for todays building requirements , all its good for is the floodlights and maybe seats but there very ancient, thats unless sentiment comes into play

If this doesnt happen it will most likely be Peterborough's last season with a speedway team , Chapman will sell off what he can and provide scant resources as the season progresses . David Hawkins at least had Mikal Blixt to sell Chapmans got track equipment and naff all else

Whatever is going on with the ownership of the club going forward it needs to be a priority and sorted as soon as possible , as whoever is the owner doesn't want to find out they have become detatched with there paying public , Todays expected interest rate rise wont help with peoples finances again and the only thing the rate hike will possibly help with is the length of time the Panthers could remain at the showground as new house builds are bound to suffer further with the hike and what people can afford to spend on any house moves in the coming months/years ahead. Buster has done what even moneybags Frost couldn't do provide Peterborough with a title winning team to watch and on a limited budget im sure the Lynn fans would love this to happen to them, but hes not the man to take the Panthers forward in there quest to survive from this point onwards, think the majority of Panthers fans will remember him fondly (if he sells that is) for what he did for and achieved at Peterborough even though his methods at times could be seen as very annoying .

Tomalin seems to be a shrewd successful business man so you can bet hes not paid that much for the club ( if he has), and with his extra drive to keep the Panthers on track he could end up with a club thats worth far more than what he paid for it and more so from a fans view hes the better person as a Peterborough fan to keep pushing and not let it just die

MT did say on his radio interview that hes hoping for more news on the long term future regarding the showground or the new stadium around season start time , so it could be that the club will be his from then, and until then he has control of most things , just hope they keep Rob Lyon in place as TM as his expertise is invaluable to the team

If Peterborough finish with the most pages and with all the valued assistance of the Witches fans on this thread it will be hard for them to take with missing out on yet another top spot in speedway

Would hazard a guess at the winter of discontent threads for Peterborough & Coventry would of been well up there in terms of page numbers , as the Panthers under Rick Frost only completed there team around 7-10 days before the start of the season, that may of tipped it in Peterborough's favour .

What times the announcement tomorrow that Holder's back in now ?
