Leicester lions 2023 (PREMIERSHIP)
scoobydoo replied to PhilTheAce's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Don't worry Leicester fans Buster Chapman will step in and buy the club , he's a multi millionaire who owns 2 other well run and profitable speedway clubs and is honest to the core , everyday is such a fun day with Buster as the owner and the pits gate hinge gets replaced on a regular basis even if its not really needed . -
As they are owned by Scrooge , Peterborough have been forfeiting there meetings for most of the season anyway.

Whoops !!!!! -
If Hans is to miss the Ipswich match also maybe get a 2 for 1 deal on the Cook brothers?
-
Looks like now he is just a guest not a replacement for Andersen
-
Peterborough's review just says hes unavailable not injured !! , Rob Lyon is unavailable due to a pre booked holiday maybe Hans is also unavailable as this is a rearranged meeting
-
According to the Wolves match preview for 17th July its looking like the Hans Andersen rumour was true after all as Connor Mountain rides at 6 for Peterborough
-
Maybe Buster has walked away from being the clubs owner and is consolidating his finances into running Lynn for the rest of the season

Peterborough V Sheffield - 13/7/23
scoobydoo replied to maneacat's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Hans needs to get in touch with Manchester based Phil the Ace pretty dam quick then as it appears he's no longer in the Peterborough team according to him -
I would say that if Mick says its incorrect there isnt anyone who knows whats actually happening with Hans more than Hans Andersen himself
-
Did he not take some pieces of silver as an incentive to move the Stars up a division ?
-
You really need to stick to Lynn facts only because your way out with Peterborough facts most of the time
-
Dont think anyone can be registered as a promoter for two clubs especially in the same league and being owned by that person , there has to be a conflicting interest rule. Isnt that why Buster is not named as a promoter at Peterborough
-
Buster solved his TM issue at Lynn by bringing in his mate Hoggart from the cold ,maybe hes phoning around his old promoter mates from years gone by to come step in and become a promoter of Peterborough , would have to be someone who's had experience and held a licence before . Whats Waggy upto these days !!!!!!
-
It could get worse if Lynn and Peterborough close , a team finishing bottom in the records that had Doyle and Sayfutdinov in the side is unthinkable really
-
After 25 years of hoping this season we win a league title without any success, id call it PRICELESS myself
-
Not saying that at all , Chapman purchased the club and moved the Panthers up a league to save the TV deal as there was an insufficent number of teams to comply with the ongoing TV deal Rathbone said if it didnt sell he wasnt going to close the Panthers but continue to run in the lower lge until a buyer was found ,
