  15. No worries. ........ if they grade the lose dirt to the outside then spike the track by doing a few laps, then drowned the track....this will stop the water running off and help it sink into the track. It should be done the night before the meeting, then at sunrise it should be done once more, if the spiking is deep enough the water should be deep into the track by 9am race day...... all that has to be done now is keep the track wet, in the arov the lose dirt should be graded back over the track and more water added. at this point the track might be balling up due to the water cart, at this time the use of some concreters reinforcing mesh which should be towed behind a car or ute at speed, this will break up all the unwanted clumps of dirt leaving a bed of fine stone ematerial on the top of the billiard table surface Regards.
  16. Phillip Herreen Disability Mentor Phillip Herreen was one of Australia 's most popular speedway drivers until a horrific crash in 1993, in his last race before retiring from the track, left him confined to a wheel chair. The former national speedcar champion is still inspiring people with his deeds. After benefiting from the enduring support of his wife, family, and the speedway fraternity, Phillip understands what it's like for people who don't have a team to support them, so he fills that gap. Originally from the building industry, he now helps people rebuild their lives, brick by brick. He's a volunteer peer support advocate, working side by side with injured people, giving them encouragement, inspiration, and hints on life in a wheelchair. He's a mentor to many sports people who have become disabled through accidents. And Phillip is a volunteer facilitator helping youth in trouble for driving and other offences. taken from http://www.health.gov.au/internet/wcms/pub...-state-2007.htm Regards.
  17. Would the ones that knew the rule & made the rule be ex championship riders? Regards.
  18. What if the rider infront pulled a locker to bawlk the rider behind, but due to his lack of experience he did the move all wrong....... what if the rider infront changed his back wheel, but never had time to check the tyre pressure, what if the rider infront had a deflateing tyre? or he set his back wheel up facing the outside too much. or the back wheel came loose......... I could go on but I wont. Regards. PS. If the rider did pull a locker to bawlk the following rider and the move caused a crash, in my book thats dangerous riding.... if not dirty riding.
