Kings Lynn vs Ipswich August 4th
tellboy replied to Arch Stanton's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
See him there,a massive improvement on Kerr but well too late to save our season. If Kerr is riding tomorrow night he shouldn't be allowed near Lynn again treating the club like that.He has to remember how many years Lynn have stuck by him, when on many, many occasions he could and really should have been dropped from the team. Onto tonight we never really had one rider stand out to hit a big score, and were totally outscored at reserve which is where we lost it.This team was built to have a strong reserve.Well we will have a strong reserve next week now it's all to late.Well as the fans knew last week after the loss to Wolves"they think it's all over,it is now".They might try to big it up as if we are still in with a shout. -
MPT and Andersen are meant to be making their comebacks for Plymouth tomorrow night.

Where's that been said?I put that i think we could have got a better guest than Andersen ie Nicholls/Summers.I haven't seen anything on here claiming it would be a miracle if Lynn win against all odds. -

He's still down as riding tomorrow on the Redcar website.Guess we will just have to wait and see.Does he have to have a week off or is it just concussion where a certain time off is mandatory. -

Why the hell didn't they get Nicholls in ffs.Nicholls is so much better than Andersen and he is going quite well at the moment.King's Lynn banging on about a really important part in our season and the need to win matches.Should have busted a gut for Nicholls but i guess they say he would have been unavailable.Pretty sure they could have done better than Andersen,no dis-respect to Andersen.Lynn are not acting as if they really want to win these matches in the important part of the season which is what they are saying. Lots of pressure on the top five to perform.I would be happy if our reserves could muster 5 points between them, then 41 between the top 5 which is a tall order though. Edit:Just seen Nicholls scored paid 11 tonight at Poole and Summers scored 9.If Lynn were serious about wanting to win you would go for the best riders wouldn't you?Not a past rider who never really got to grips with the NA circuit. -
So the Heeps swap was not within the rules then as discussed earlier in the season Edit: forgot about in the best interest and all that blah, blah, blah

Yes,both cash and card are accepted.

Do Ipswich have to make the changes together and not separately. They have already made a change and afaik you are only allowed to make changes on two separate occasions.Although you could have a facility for Riss until he is fit to come back,if he does.

Wow,I didn't think you lot would want Rowe back after him deserting you a long while back. -
Brennan didn't beat Harris.
-
I'm glad it's being re-staged,but then what happens to the eventual 2022 British Champ he will miss out.Or do they now give the 2022 British Champ the wildcard for Cardiff 2023.
-
It is being re-staged,but Ellis gets the wildcard.
-
I see Tatum is sporting a mini mohican.Crumpy needs to pat that down when the camera isn't on them, mind you it would be funnier if he done it when the camera is.
-
You are right,i stand corrected.Must admit it seemed like ages since he last rode here to be honest. So going by the August averages Ipswich would have 10.93 to play with.Summers 4.87 and Tungate 6.59come in at 11.46.Maybe they will convert Summers Championship average.
-
If Ipswich are getting rid of Riss and Barker, that will give them 10.93 pts to play with going by the August averages. Don't know how they will assess Tungate and Summer's averages.Tungate was 7.61 in 2018 and Summers was 4.87 in 2019.That is on those averages 12.48.
-
If he's dropped its because he is under performing.Don't you want any of your riders replaced because they are under performing. It won't be a case of him sticking to fingers up as I'm sure himself he knows he hasn't been good enough this season.
-
Surprise, surprise Klindt named as NKI's replacement.
-
But the first one isn't releasing a rider,it's to take Iversen's place. It is difficult to drop someone, but it is their job to do what is right for the team.At the end of the day your team needs to be winning as much as possible to satisfy the fans.
-
But when you see Klindt at Wolverhampton last Monday with Brady and Allitt what are we meant to think. Why wait so long to announce it if they have sorted a deal out.And why not announce it on tv,what better place to announce it than on tv.
-
And so it should. Is he coming down that A47?

Congrats to the Aussies, also a big well done to GB for topping the charts and ending with a silver medal.Personally i would have chose gates 2 and 4.Bewley flew from gate 4 only a race before the semi final and if the management had watched the semi final the Aussies made some good gates from 2 and 4.But we move on and our young pretenders are starting to look like the real deal.
