  1. Lynn unfortunately will be without Kerr by the sounds of it.Going by the updates he is awaiting the air ambulance at Peterborough having had an awful looking crash.
  2. Are you forgetting who your team rides against tomorrow
  3. If he had pushed it through though we would have got the meeting done before the rain even started.
  4. As far as I can work out you will get a whole pound off the next meeting if you have retained your ticket
  5. Well personally I am blaming the ref D.Robinson in all this. Was he the only one in the stadium that didn't notice that big black thing that was looming over the 1st/2nd bend that was called a rain cloud. Why wasn't he prompt with getting on with the meeting soon as one race finished put the 2 mins on get on with the next.Could have the meeting done in 45 minutes if he had the finger on the pulse. He has robbed the fans no one else.
  6. If you want Porsing for Blackbird best Peterborough get a deal done before August. With Porsing's average going up slightly and Blackbirds going down he wont fit come the August set of averages.
  7. No doubt they will use the PL averages at the start of next season for the FTRs as Newman is currently 6th out of the current FTRs.
  8. Batchelor needed that, didn't want to be the only one beaten by Kasprzak
  9. Nice I can put a name to a fist sorry I mean face .Next time I will come over and introduce myself now I know what you look like.I'll be the one wearing the body armour . I understand your frustration I think.Being so close to a point and not getting one.Problem is I think because Belle Vue are having a decent season you want or expect them to pick up points whoever they are racing. When they are poor like they have been in recent seasons you don't expect anything from matches and don't get so frustrated. Through the 90's I use to follow Lynn to almost every away meeting and see them get thumped just about evey time never use to get upset because we use to expect it.But in recent years when we have been ok we expect points on the road all the while but it doesn't happen and it does piss you off. Anyway you are still in the mix for a play-off place with all those home matches to come.I think the 3rd and 4th place will be between Lynn,Belle Vue and Swindon.
  10. Quite a good meeting again considering what Buster had to do to get the meeting on after quite a lot of rain. Iversen was brilliant from the back again tonight, wish he would gate a bit more though. From 1-7 they all played their part tonight. Zagar and Cook were good for Belle Vue and also Josh G done his bit. I think Fricke must have a soft spot for Lynn having performed so well for us last week and was then disappointing this week Hope the Belle Vue fan doesn't wake up with bruised knuckles and a sore shoulder in the morning after watching him punch and barge into the catch fence.Clearly upset about his team not getting a point out of the meeting.Whether he was upset with Zagar going missing in heat 15 or Cookie getting overtaken by NKI I don't know. Nice to catch up with T.T again cant keep away from the place lately it seems.
  11. Well the Southgates webcam shows it seems to be drying out nicely there. This is just a stones throw away from the stadium as the crow flies.
  12. Just had a heavy downpour here in Wisbech for 10-15 minutes but is now coming over nice and bright again.
  13. Nice to hear from somebody who was there. So Bjerre wasn't to bad then.Still wont stop the usual ones mocking him.As I said I wasn't there so I wasn't going to judge him just on him scoring 5 points.
  14. So re-declaring the team who would be the other rider you want to get rid of to get another heatleader in?
  15. I see the usual suspects on here slating Bjerre again I guess ones that aren't there tonight.I'm not there either but I wont slate Bjerre tonight just because he got 5 points.I have had my points about him aswell but I think tonight may be a bit harsh on him. To start with Belle Vue are a very good team especially on their own patch. And if you take out the 1st outing where he fell he actually only got beaten by the same 3 riders that Iversen got beat by.
  16. Maybe a month ago but seeing him in the last few meetings it wouldn't benefit Lynn to change him.
  17. Yes it was a great gesture, and nice to see some of them there to present Rory with the money.
  18. Good performance from the top 4 tonight. We need to keep winning at home, but we will have much tougher opposition next week in Belle Vue.Can't let them have any points if that's possible. Iversen was outstanding tonight missed one gate in heat 13.But he soon reeled in Freddie. Porsing is carrying on his form of the last few weeks. Fricke a great replacement for Lambert. Bjerre was very good at what we know he's best at Gating, but was also quick too.Iversen was only 0.23 outside the track record but Bjerre also was only 0.30 outside the record. Morris was ok if he didn't fall in heat 4 he would have had a paid 5. I think Kerr struggled with the grippier conditions tonight. Can't really comment on Wolves apart from they are really poor and will be lucky not to finish bottom of the pile this season. What did make me happy was seeing a rider come around after he had completed his rides and wave to the crowd and taking the applause.Well done Tobiasz Musielak.
  19. Don't he play cricket I see Fricke is guesting for Lambert and it is R/R for Milik.
  20. Not a lot of choice out there to replace Lambert and Milik. All I can see are Cook,Josh.G,Fricke,Kylmakorpi and Zengota.Would it be wise to let Brady Kurtz have a go. We need to win all our home matches to make sure we finish in the play-offs. If Bjerre was in form I think we would still win,but the way he is riding at the moment this could now be a toughie, especially with Lambert and Milik missing.
  21. Well another good weekend spent down in Wales. Again disappointed with the fanzone being where it is now, well to cramped, just nip through there now and get a programme.Sad to see no entertainment neither in the stadium. But didn't let that put me off just had a couple more beers instead Although gate 1 had a huge advantage I still enjoyed the racing.Although when I got home and watched the re-run the racing was actually a lot closer than it seemed in the stadium. At the end NKI was a deserved winner and proved if you were set up right you didn't need to be off gate 1.Would liked to have seen Tai win,but when it was obvious he wasn't going to get anywhere I had to cheer on the Lynn man . Roll on July next year
  22. What do you mean missing the point again? This is the first time I have said anything on this subject
