  1. Bloody hell I wish I had as much time spare time as you do at work . To be quite frank anyway don't think Lambert should be as HL regardless of what his average is.We should be helping and nurturing our youngsters to become bigger and better riders. Is it Poland where the under 21 riders stay at reserve for their respective teams and that seems to be helping them. Here we seem to make it harder for the Brits and easier for foreigners to get suitable team places.
  2. Just looking at the averages from last season he was about 20th with that 6.46.Below the likes of Batchelor,Morris,Kildemand,Zagar,Cook,Nicholls,Harris,Kylmakorpi,King,Zengota and more according to the BSPA end of season averages.
  3. Yes 3 meetings as HL averaging about 6.46 by my reckoning which puts him a lot lower than 10th.Definately shouldn't start as HL in my opinion
  4. If you read the Batchelor story properly you will see Lynn informed Kerr that the race night could change before he signed for Ipswich. Also reading the press release I wouldn't be surprised if a Dane or two were announced for 2016.
  5. How many meetings did Lambert ride as heat leader.Thought he spent the majority of his meetings at 2 or 4.I may be wrong though.
  6. Why would they have to put a stop to the rumours. They would be makings statements on their website constantly with the amount of rumours that are started on the BSF.They wouldn't have time to even make any signings
  7. What for 4 matches getting the same money. He would be silly to turn that down if it was to become available.Come on Buster use your powers now
  8. Could Lambert go the Howarth route and start at reserve.Has spent time in the 1-5 the same
  9. Very pleased to see Lambert back again, whatever comes with him I don't care, because that lad gives us something we all want to see and that's a bit of excitement back into speedway. I see Buster wants riders that will give the fans exciting action every week.Thinking that way I can see Mads coming back.
  10. Mate it would be a damn site quicker than rolling out the covers they use at present. It would just be the storage of the covers that would be a problem as far as I could see
  11. Couldn't they use covers like they do in cricket?Would let the air circulate underneath as well, and wouldn't be labour intensive.
  12. I'm pretty sure Steve0 who you were replying to isn't a Lynn fan
  13. They do normally keep the whole team under wraps and then announce it in one go.I thought the evenings announcement is normally early December but I could be wrong. The problem with finishing the season so early is people expect announcements earlier as well.
  14. Nor would I on a less than 6pt average. People keep going on about the heat leader list on here, has anyone actually seen it.I am assuming not.Is there actually going to be a list? With many riders it seems going to be about 6-7pt average wise how can they determine this anyway. In my thinking teams should just be able to build their teams up to the 40.5 limit and their top 3 are heat leaders, pretty simple I think
  15. This is what I am trying get at.You don't necessary need an out and out number one to be competitive.Especially as it seems a lot of them are staying away this year anyway.
  16. Isn't that what all good number ones should do. How can you say we are unlikely to be competitive when we haven't announced anyone yet?Lets be honest at the moment there has only been one real number 1 announced for a team and that is Doyle.Maybe 6 other teams wont be competitive then as well.
  17. No 'I' in team as in Niels,he was just part of a team.He was the top rider but just part of a team. He's not riding so get over it and support whoever Buster and Rob choose to put the Stars kevlars on.
  18. Hey,presuming you are on about Kerr and Rose.Incidentally they haven't signed for Newcastle yet and with only 3 spots left who knows.Plus not confirmed yet that Lambert has signed for Lynn so 0 out of 7 so far
  19. You think having to ride at reserve for 4 matches he would only get a reserve wage. This is speedway we are talking about here, lots of things go underhanded,he wouldn't get a reserves wage that's for sure.
  20. If this is the case couldn't Lynn for instance use Lamberts converted PL average of 5.02 put him at reserve,Kerr in the main 1-5 they swap after 4 matches when Lambert gets a new average. This would enable Lynn to have an extra 1.57 points for the 1-5 as Lamberts starting average would be 6.59 if starting in the 1-5. It's all fu*k*d up as usual.
  21. If by using the PL averages doesn't give Poole a better choice of tier 2 riders(which I find hard to believe). It does however let them have a slightly stronger top 5 than five other clubs who's tier 1 riders have a higher PL average than Newman.
  22. I maybe wrong but I thought he was living local to King's Lynn.I know he was born in Berkshire(Reading)
  23. Must be a conversion of his PL average then .Hopefully get Lambert back on his conversion of his PL average if they are doing it that way 5.02 bargain .You would think if they do it for one they would have to do it for the rest eg Cook,Lawson,Lambert,Kennett,Barker etc
  24. Don't forget Boyce and Gollob on the centre green,i will never forget that one, classic.
