  1. You sound like Shovlar now.Kerr and Morris should do better than your current reserves around our place.Bech, hasn't had a good meeting since his 1st visit to our place I believe. And Lynn having to ride with 3 EDRs with two of them from the tier 2.This is a massive opportunity for Wolves to take the points.
  2. The only thing he needs to learn to bring him on is his gating imo.Once he can do that he will get rides anywhere.
  3. A great and well deserved point for the Stars.Possibly could have got another point had it not been for heat 1 and the loss of Rose. And of course Batchelor. Lambert was very good again, and Niels his usual self.Thought the Huck looked ok once he sussed the track. If only Lambert could gate consistently like ht 15 he would be in the top 10 riders in this league for sure. He had signed for a Swedish team i'm sure, but for a Polish team I am unsure.
  4. As happens with a lot of afternoon meetings.I thought you were the track expert.
  5. This is typical of many fans here, support their clubs riders rather than the British ones first. It makes you laugh when fans are slamming Woffinden for not riding here because he is British, yet many of the same fans support the Foreign riders before their own in individual competitions
  6. Yep re-arranged for next Thursday, another on I will miss.Could be a record low in attendance for me this season
  7. Good to see Troy get a few practice laps today. So looks on track for the 18th
  8. Cant believe that, you're insinuating its bad prep. All the top riders have an e/f or two now and again,so they all must have bad prep. Its just unfortunate for Lambert to get it when he did.
  9. Shame for Lambert tonight. An e/f while a long way ahead which would have given him 11 points and an easy qualification. Some good racing tonight and Kasprzak was brilliant,if it wasn't for his off I'm sure he would have breezed to 15pts.
  10. You cant say who is better over one meeting.Decide at the end of the season when the averages are sorted and you all can debate then who is the better rider.
  11. Easy away win.Even we managed to get a draw there so it will be no problem for Poole.
  12. Do your calculations again Steve 55-35 would be the scoreline
  13. Looking at the averages he is behind Ellis,Holder and Andersen so is a 2nd string, hence R/R for him.
  14. Once they have a project you should have everything in place from start to finish. From materials, contractors, tools, cost, times dates. This should have been in one of the steps of the project. There is a lot of time and planning that goes into a project like this I would say its just one of those things they forgot to put in.Obviously missing this off has cost Belle Vue this time.
  15. Blimey I thought the drawings should tell you exactly what the track dimensions should be.If the contractors cant do the track to the drawings they aren't very good at their job.
  16. Poor planning in my books. If they intended to start racing mid March shouldn't they have ordered the covers to be made ready for mid March not the end of May.
  17. Done plenty of panicking in the past and plenty of swearing when the traffic is at a standstill. See S.Lambert is riding with Rose on Monday according to the Belle Vue website. So does he assume Wilko's average and go into the 1-5,or does he go to reserve.
  18. May I ask if you done all those and the UK every week for 5 months.
  19. Personally I would leave a bit earlier than that.Having been a regular traveller to Manchester in the past the traffic at times can be chaotic, coupled with it being a bank holiday I would give at least 4 hrs and more.
  20. Rules again not clear on this one.A number 8 can only cover a 1-5.As Jacobsen was declared in their 1-5 can he still replace him at reserve.I would have thought so because I am sure he cant cover Wilko who is now in the 1-5 but is an EDR.Rules as confusing as ever.
  21. Didn't say he did.But stories still change he wasn't in on the deal its what he was told and heard. We all know how things can get stretched especially on here.
  22. There seem to be a few people believing 100% what Flagrag says. Not denying it may/may not be true.He wasn't involved in the deal and he says what he heard and was told.Well we all know how stories change as it gets passed down the line.Obviously Flagrag was down the line. I work for one of the biggest companies in the world(biggest in their business)and the things that filter down from the top most certainly has changed a hell of a lot when it gets down to the bottom.
