Chivsey Travel - Any thoughts ?

This was a great tour - absolutely top. Saw so much and had such great company 5 good hotels, interesting tours, and lots of speedway - including seeing Crumpy get his just rewards. Even the small speedway meetings were fun. Any one who says there isn't enough young talent haven't seen some of the riders we saw. That last meeting in the beautiful Czech countryside with barbecue and lots of beer just brought the whole thing to a great end. Can't believe we did it all in 12 days.

Really sorry we missed you and your family, Ballinger, but as the It Man told us on Monday you had literally been on a flying visit.

Brilliant. It was great to be there to see it Jason has worked so hard for what he has achieved. Two of Jason's biggest fans - the Crumpettes were just behind me at the track - and is was lovely when Jason Spotted them at the end acknowledged them at the end with a double thumbs up. He always appreciates those who support him.

I wonder how much the hotels will bump up the prices if only the speedwayGP goes to Cardiff ...

I'm not going - cheaper to see a GP abroad.

When did you get those? I'm thinking of not going, best offer I found was at the same hotel I stayed at this year - except for double the price and no breakfast !

I am hoping you are right - What you are saying is the most sensible. Just got some good news via Chivs - you can take a Case and a small bag (that would normally be carry on) - both will be put in the hold. This has cheered me up as I was wondering what to do with the Vodka on the way back

I beg to differ. I work within walking distance of Lancashire County Cricket Club, and some them are an absolute disgrace. In particular the hoo-rays who take over the metro-station on their sozzled way back to Wilmslow, Alderley edge and the Home counties ...

I would contact them first - and ask them if they could set up their sky set for the speedway. We did this in spain, the night before, as the finals were on - and consequence we met alot of sw supporters who were glad we made the request
