I remember Dave wearing one, but so far, I haven't been able to find a photo to confirm what year it was. However, I have seen a photo of Sunderland's John Goodall wearing one in 1971! Another rider from that era who wore a full-face helmet was Rayleigh's Alan Emmett.
Of course it can't bloody be called bloody dirt-track bloody racing, as there's no bloody dirt on the bloody tracks. Anyway, if it's supossed to be bloody dirt-track, why do we have a bloody dirt deflector?
So, Teterow is crap. Prague is crap. Cardiff is crap. No doubt some others I've forgotten are crap. You don't want Poland to hold multiple GP's. So, where are we going to hold them?
