  1. it is, but for some reason when things get moved around due to things over running it doesn't update properly and just ends when it's scheduled to do so, bloody annoying
  2. think it's going to be between the Aussies and the Danes, so i'll say 1. Australia 2. Denmark 3. Sweden 4. Poland
  3. I've got to agree with alot of the posts on here, when you see a young rider with the class that Tai has, it's noticable straight away. He's got bags of natural talent, he's a quick learner, wants to achieve everything in the sport and seems really level headed. It surprised me how well he did last night, but in a way it shouldn't have.
  4. Last night clearly showed having the right setup for a slick track helped rather than having a fast engine, our riders snaked from the starts and the back end was spinning out a hell of alot around the corners (resulting in steady pulling a locker). I think it's clear our riders don't always communicate ideas to each other in the pits regarding setups etc as well as the Danes do. Also isn't it time to scrap practice for the SWC and GP's ?, as everytime a rider is questioned on track conditions, i've never heard one say they're the same as in practice.
  5. yeah, what i meant was it's easy to see his frame because it's matt black, it's much easier to see the differences in shape as it stands out more
  6. Yeah the track ruined what could have been an excellent GP, it's a pity they shot themselves in the foot with all the hype. We've had some excellent GP's this year, pity the last one couldn't have been one of them
  7. yeah i noticed it, was easy to spot too with it being matt black.
  8. How anybody can question Jasons proffesionalism is beyond me
  9. she already does bigger and better things, she presents the A1gp and regularly presents skysports news
  10. i think he wanted you to use some paragraphs, as it can be a little hard to read on a pc screen when it's all in one block of text. Anyway, well done Poland, some quite good racing tonight, but yeah, i bet it's usually much better in the league, but we're used to the gp and swc tracks being prepared differently to the league meetings held on the same tracks. As for GB, the only word is dissapointing
  11. i personally think it's a great move by sky to have her presenting, Keith couldn't do it due to him covering the british suprbikes on sunday, so i for one am glad they went for a high profile presenter, she does a great job for the a1 grand prix, and yeah she is gorgeous too
  12. Well i for one have always supported Britain and England first and foremost, then if they're out of the equation, i will cheer on my next favourite teams/riders. Anyway, i've just finished watching it, glad it had some better racing than Vojens, looked a good crowd there and well done to us (Britain)
  13. well i tried to book the next few days off work to make it down tonight, but they won't let me as there's too many people off already spoilsports, so im gonna have to sky + it and watch it tomorrow afternoon Hope the weather stays fine, there's some good action and the brits win
  14. if people are having problems with recordable dvd's you're recording on yourself, try using some different branded discs, some of these recorders are fussy with which discs they prefer. As for this dvd, i'm going to buy myself a copy for my birthday
  15. Great article, if the BSPA can't promote our sport now on the back of this, then some serious questions need to be asked
  16. If he clambered over the netting then it was a little daft, but i suppose it's easily excused in such dramtic circumstances, alot of these stewards do let the little power they have go to their heads, like alot of our bosses, they seem to thrive on it
  17. haha, some great replies in here, i honestly like nicki as a rider, yeah sometimes he over steps the mark, but he's a racer, but to blame the track is just sour grapes, that track is the best there's been in Cardiff yet, i think it just shows how much these guys wanted to win it
  18. not had time to read each reply yet, all i want to add is absolutely fantastic, and thats the clean friendly version, how good was he last night (well saturday night now), every race he tried 100% and provided most of the entertainment. I hold my hands up and say i thought he'd be out of his depth this year, but im so glad to say he's proved alot of us wrong, what a fantastic addition he has been this year
  19. It only needs one word to describe it...............wow!!!!
  20. yeah it was a shame to see a few ruts develope, but each year the indoor tracks get better and better, was funny seeing Nicki trying to blame the other guy (sorry, my memorys blank, had too much to drink last night ) then after seeing the replay h knew he couldn't keep with that story so blamed the track instead
  21. he picked up alot more grip than he could handle and the bike straightened, so how is that his fault?
  22. definetly, in other seasons sometimes he lacks the patience in building up his speed over the four laps to pass somebody, but this year he's really struggling, and like you say, seems to be over riding alot more. Maybe the step to GM is proving difficult, he certainly needs something extra from somewhere, hope he sorts it soon
  23. sometimes he seems to try too hard if that makes sense. He is a great talent, there's no doubting that (imo anyway), he's got a natural talent on a bike like billy says, but he's never put it all together at the right time.
  24. His riding blew me away tonight, awesome stuff, provided most of the entertainment tonight single handedly well done to chris
