That's what leagues are about, there can only be one winner, what happened at this time of year when there were no playoffs and 19 teams in the league. Lots of meaningless meetings

So the team riding at Sheffield next season will be Leicester Lions, that should get the supporters flocking in

not if you don't qualify, so that's only four teams, potentially, running in September

Sheffields last match Thursday 23rd August That would be 4 weeks before the pairs and the PLRC would be nearly 3 weeks before the pairs, how many riders would have packed up for the season

that will be good, if like this year, most teams finish three weeks earlier

This cant be true, looks like a speedway meeting with 7 riders per team and no guests, who would have thought it, wonder if it will catch on?

Why was the semi final a farce, it was run to the rules, are you saying that Poland should have been allowed to carry on with two men in the race until they managed to gate ahead of the Russians? and I agree that the scores after 42 heats should have been the result, but all seven teams knew the rules when the entered the competition, the time to complain was then not at the end, although I only see fans complaining

take it you see Howarth very often, in the 2 and a bit seasons he has been at Sheffield he has improved massively don't have a problem with Josh either
