Yeah good shout because the guy wasn't fit last year. Of course he knew that but still wanted the thrill of doing a GP and in doing so denied a fit rider the chance. If Adam Hellish gets a wild card questions have to be asked Brennan would be a fair call in my opinion -

That must be a real worry for the BSPA - They will have to think(???) about possibly choosing a wild card for Cardiff -

And what do you propose Promoters with a "don't give a monkey's" be dealt with? For the two decades the BSPA and SCB have diluted the sport almost to the point of no recovery all out of greed for their own teams -

I heard his plan was to introduce a European Super League but there are two problems to overcome : riders doubling up and race nights -

Line up is becoming a joke. How can the British U21 Champion who is more than holding his own in the CL be left out given the withdrawals? Given Bailey is also the Rising Star at Belle Vue his little bit ot track knowledge and with recent form he could be a spoiler in some heats. BSPA/SCB are doing their best to kill the sport -

Overcrowded fixture list? The fixture list was an embarrassing this year with teams going weeks without fixtures and not weather related. Truth is with so few teams in the so called top division fan get fed up seeing the same opposition several times a season and some riders more often because of guesting. Yet ironically the best riders in the leagues, the ones worth seeing, usually can't guest as their averages are too high to be considered. -

Can't agree with you on Lambert and Woofy getting a place. If they can't be ar5ed riding in their home country why should 5hey get handed a chance to win a title at the expense of riders wh o do support the leagues. Ok Woofy is now riding over here at the business end of the season when it suits HIM just as Lambert did last season. -

Thats the whole thing about British speedway. Back in the 70s and 80s every senior team had one if not two international class heat leaders. Now adays riders can't even be bothered with the likes of the BLRC which used to be considered a prestigious title to win. The British Final used to be a Brilliant event with all the qualifiers at every track, the semi finals and then the final leading 5o the next round of or even the World Final. The GP series did more damage to British Speedway than is calculatable. -
Time PL owners realise its the CL teams that will make or break them. Time 5he CL got a fair deal TV wise too

There are a few refs need to book an appointment with Specsavers (other opticians available)!!! Adam Roynon was was on the wrong end of a decision at Armadale last week and to add insult to injury picked up an 8njury into the bargain. Certain Edinburgh reserve is, to use a Barker quote, going to be taking riders out for years unless he alters his style.
-
If the CL teams make up the majority then if common sense prevails the status quo will prevail and if it means GP or foreign riders electing not to ride in the UK then so be it.
-
Think the best chance of keeping both (and Brennan) is if (hopefully) the PL and CL amalgamate.
-
You missed faulty/supply issue with tyres lol

Apart from the Ridge 4 valve there were several innovations back in the day that disappeared then made a comeback such as leading link forks.

Perhaps this another difference between Scott Nichols and Chris Harris - Scotty realised at his age that his time of doing two British Leagues was over and you have to respect the guy for that. In saying that when he has guested for a Pl Team this season he has generally held his own
