My understanding (although I could be wrong) is that Dennis looks after all the UK Border Agency matters. I am quite sure that it will have been thoroughly taken care of. As Heedthebaw says, the Club were not making announcements until everything was signed and sealed. So I expect we can take it as written that Matty has a visa for this season. Come on, I'm getting fed up waiting for your reply...

You really think the track was the sole contributor to that meeting?

This is going to be a shock to a lot of people on here (not to Taffy, though). I completely agree, and I too am quietly confident.

I agree the team doesn't have a blockbuster look, but neither have the most successful teams in the past. A lot of us have looked for the strength in depth option, and we have it. As you say, we're always going to have a strong reserve, and Liam will pick up a few wins along the way too. Also solid performers in Matty and Doolan, with the 3 others capable of going either way: but hopefully the right way. Could be dark horses this year.

Kus will be crucial to our success. Jensen could be a trump card. It's not a glamorous side, but it could be very effective.

You know I often think you discuss some things too openly on here, Taffy. This is not one of those occasions, I think you are quite right to ask that as many of us as possible support Liam, and you haven't suggested there is any begging bowl, either. Good to see that there is a lot of support for the young lad on here. Nice to have a positive bit on a Berwick thread for once!
