I'm looking forward to Manzares too, he seems to have made a good start to the season. Doolan seems to have been a lot happier with his performance at Redcar, if he starts to fire, then we could be in for a very good season. Kus seems to be getting a bit more consistent too. He's clearly a gater, be if he traps a lot, then he will not get passed a lot. Think it is important that we continue our good start to the league and take all the points tonight. -

I would be awfully disappointed if I wasn't voted top clown, especially as I have the right size of breeks. Come on Taffy, you have to admit, it is one of the funniest posts on here for years!! -

Just came through on the Bandit's newsletter. Well worth signing up to on their website, lots of regular updates: for example, why Claus was unable to ride at Redcar last night. I enjoy the meeting previews too. -

Looking forward to this after the naughty weather last week. I fancy us to have a half decent night. Also great to see that Kenneth Bjerre and Hans Anderson are going to be racing in the GP Qualifier. It's all happening in Berwick! -

What?! and miss out on your moments of comedy genius? Not a chance! Plus, we do - on occasion - agree. -

It would be the end of the World for me should Screm use the ignore facility on here, however, it would not be the end of the World if you were to use the real life one... -

Come on now, don't be so sensitive. It was very, very funny. You have to admit? You certainly wouldn't want to lower yourself to my standards though, surely? -

Pointless meeting or not, it was worth it for the pure comedy gold of Mr Self-Important's demand that Berwick Speedway explain why Vissing was missing. One of our "supporters" who just can't wait for an opportunity to stick the knife in. Interestingly, the reason Vissing was not riding was exactly the reason that the club had explained earlier on in the week. I guess they were right! -

Good result in preparation for the league, and a first bit of silverware. Steen Machine looks to have been putting on a show again! -

It'll be close, but here's hoping for the first bit of silverware of 2014. -
Great to read that Ricky is still progressing well, very tough to read too. Shows the amazing strength that Ricky and his family have, and the great support from the speedway family. We've got the best medical professionals in the world, so sure he'll keep getting stronger and stronger.

Are you sure averages don't mean a lot to you? I agree with the other posts on here that we have gone for the strength in depth approach. If Steen moves up, then look at who replaces him. Wethers, Bellego, Kus, Doolan? Erm, I wouldn't do any tinkering with that at all. Fine as it it is thank you!
