I remember one great heat 15 rider where he came round the boards, lap 4 to win the meeting (as far as I can recall - I remember the ride well though!).

Good looking team For The Bears. Looking to get down to one of my favourite away tracks after missing last year. On the round the boards conversation, surely Havvy was hard to beat with respect to that?

I agree Taffy, I think this is quite an interesting lineup. I'm really excited to Bridge in the PL, I always thought he would benefit from riding at this level. Your comment about Liam is spot on. What a lot of people forget, he was a completely different rider last season. Much faster, much more aggressive, and a lot more confident.

Happy with it too. Fancy me not thinking we'd have a full team this early on!

I think Liam's performances and some of the riders he beat last season were of a higher level than you are giving him credit for.

I always thought Bridger should have spent a season on the PL. I think he will turn out to be once of the league's strongest Number 1s. Very surprised to see him as one of our first riders- very pleasantly surprised! I think it shows an intention for the season ahead. Doolan is Berwick through-and-through and a great Captain. Liam Carr came on massively last season and well deserving of his place.

Great to have Kevin and Liam back, and Bridger is a fantastic addition to the team. Most pleased

Talk of reduction in prices. Berwick - on several occasions - reduced to £10. The result was the same gate, but a huge loss in revenue.

Don't see anything wrong with my post Screm, I think this has the potential to be a great management/promotion team. As for alcohol, I'm afraid not, just a late night, for reasons better than alcohol
