A Rev limiter cutting in half way round a corner will suddenly give the bike grip!!! Result will be the rider falling off ,!!!!! A rev limiter cutting in at the end of the straight ..... results, rider falling off. Smart riders could incorporate it into a device which will be a traction control to cut in when needed. Loads of unburnt methanol at the start line because the limiters are cutting in....... result in blown and sneezed motors. where is the testing for this ?..????

so from now on..anyone who runs out of machinery due to no time to replace should just turn up to the next meeting and sit in the pits to miss the two minutes !!?? At least Jake gave notice so a replacement could be found... Banning and fining riders that dont earn enough to cover costs isnt the answer.. By the way , Wimbledon had a track spare for anyone to ride. An option for the future to make the clubs of today do the same!!!

Leicester Lions V Kings Lynn Stars 24 Jul 2017

Well when a rider gets told by the clerk of the course that it's ok to come off the track and swap a bike for the restart of heat 1, you expect it to be ok !!!!! The ref had other ideas and excluded. What's the point of the clerk of the course???? -
Its a wonder we have any British riders coming through when one of the best prospects of the speedway world is slated like this..... you lot are all half empty people and should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!!!!!! An 18 year old at heat leader in his first season of elite league.... 3rd in the world U21 ... 3rd in Britain.... Team GB rider........... and you guys knock him!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! By the way , check out the video below..... Gating a world class rider and passing two other wold class riders.... If the fastest riders gated first every time....... speedway would be boring!!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mKy3YZ53jag

You slate riders without knowing what's going on behind the scenes....... you obviously haven't seen what he has done abroad in the last week with new engines. 3rd in the first round of the European championships , 21 points in two matches for Bydgoszcz. The German federation in their wisdom decided at 10.30am Wednesday to email Kai that he was banned effective immediately for not being able to get his equipment to Latvia for the European pairs. There were two other riders that qualified Germany for the final but then said they couldn't ride because they were doing long track. Kai was then told to do it with one weeks notice to organise his gear to get there. It is a 20 hour drive and with no one available he informed them it was impossible. The guys doing long track have not been banned by the way. The whole day was spent trying to sort this mess out with the ban being on off several times until 4.30 pm when it was the final decision. Kai was at the meeting at Poole ready to ride!! -
King's Lynn V Swindon 20th July 7.30pm

Have you ever been to Kings Lynn??....... Track Is usually prepared deep grippy and damp. All the riders turn up knowing this with suitable engines to ride the track. If there had been a light shower last night then the track would have been even better... BUT At 7PM a few spots of rain and the pits marshal asked for the bikes to be warmed up. All bikes running and then the heavens opened flooding the pit bays with in a matter of minutes. If there had been track covers at the track, they would of been off anyway with no time to put them back on so same out come. Buster tried his usual magic but the shale was just too wet. The riders agreed to try to get the meeting on and hats off to all the riders. But with race times a good 4 seconds down on what is usual for kings lynn, something was clearly wrong. 1st heat and Kings Lynn were down to 6 riders with the injury to Kai. 2nd heat another faller , clearly riders were struggling. No one wants to pay top dollar to watch top riders race just to stay on the bike let alone avoid each other. At this point all the riders got together and was looking like it would be off while more track grading went on.. 2 more races went out with riders coming in disappointed at not being able to properly race and give the paying public what they deserve. Now 9.30 with only 4 heats ridden, it took the captains to put their foot down and refuse to ride (ahem "race") any more and ask for the ref to come and talk.. Meeting cancelled. What wasn't apparent was the crowd being informed. If sky were there, riders would of been interview and reason would of been apparent as to why they were struggling.. Last night was an unavoidable cancellation due to rain on a perfectly prepared track with plenty of shale on it, this should of been called earlier. Again, the rain came at 7pm. If this was a national league meeting then there wouldn't of been so much shale on the track so possibly the rain would of run off instead of soak into the track The track walk was done before the rain down poor.... I hope someone posts a video of how much water fell in such a short time. -
Take comments like this and shove them where the sun doesn't shine!!!!!!!!!!!

Should of been a win for the Rebels.... Morris exclusion totally wrong... there was still room on the outside of him on the first corner. Then you look at the pairs where Morris was on the outside with less room and he was excluded again.!!!!! Its time the referees got together to get consistent decisions so the riders know where they stand on what they can and cant do!!!!!!!!!! .... Also there were plenty of fans standing near the start gates that that said Morris didnt touch the tapes.

Here we go again...!!!! The age rule coming into play and teams finding problems fielding a side because dad cant take their son or son has exams to do at school. Riders willing to ride will be sitting at home or even be at the tracks doing second halves and not be allowed to ride. I would love to know of a younge lad or lass that has given up the sport just because he hasnt got a team place over the last ten years ........ if he is good enough he will earn a place!!!!! If he or she not good enough for a team place then more practice is need until good enough..... There are plenty of ameture clubs about the country for this practice and would be more if Mildenhall had been accepted into the league.

So if the stabillity of the stadium is the main factor.... why spend 6 months with Dave Coventry trying to sort out the speedway knowing that this court case was pending??? Why would it cost the BSPA money when they would of kept the bond paid by the previous promotion... Why is Mr Morrish sacrifying a week in his life when this is his JOB!!!!!!??? With 2 clubs folding this year, thats 2 bonds kept and none of the riders got paid out of the bonds as there was no money left...... where did all the money go???????
