Not necessarily. My father lives about 2 miles away from us and it's often raining here but not there and vice versa. An adult would know that....

All online programming can be watched on Smart TV's through their web app. or alternatively can be cast to the Smart TV or a Chromecast via a mobile, tablet or laptop etc. So not really an issue.

Cardiff was (and hopefully will be again) a jewel on the SGP calendar. Poor track conditions are now a decade ago. The British SGP should remain at Cardiff. No discussion.
