30,000 fans at Cardiff prove you wrong year after year...they must also be a part of this 'large majority' then?

 You continue to speak for the whole Poole speedway fan base when it's only YOUR opinion. Dust started after heat 4 as you've been told time and time again. Just accept it and move on. How should I show my face? A very strange comment by quite frankly the strangest person on this forum. I was at Poole last Weds and stood in my usual spot between (the very dusty - no matter what SS says!) bends 1 and 2. You and anyone else is welcome to seek me out...but then again all I do is sit behind an ipad and laptop! Spot on! Do you think that the more times you type that the more it will become real? Poole had already won the meeting so Neil decided to give the younger Poole riders a go as it's a chance for extra cash etc. Morris isn't a Poole rider so I guess he felt our own riders deserved that chance bearing in mind we didn't need points. -
Utter rubbish as usual. That should read 'for a large minority'.

I wasn't nit picking, just pointing out you were completely WRONG as you very often are. You post your opinion, not facts time after time. Dust started around heat 4 as I (as was my father) was stood right in the middle of it for the majority of the meeting. That is a FACT Mr cry baby. Oh and Morris couldn't do any more (paid 9 from 3) - and that's far better than 'did his job'. FACT. Another spot on post BOOM! Owned Shovlar. So now it's foolish to stand between bends? You're priceless. My father and I stand in the same spot my father has always stood since he started going to Poole speedway as a teen so there is a bit of (foolish apparently) sentiment. Dear oh dear... There can't have been as SS says otherwise! I'd rather have Tai! Shovlar is the be all and end all at Poole.....in his own little world that is -
Where was he born? That makes him British. FACT.

Not true, dust started after Heat 4 on bends 1 & 2 and got worse as the (very long) night went on!! Spot on BB. Don't forget that these two riders don't ride for Poole so you'll never get anything better from SS. Agreed - and I'm Poole through and through too! -
Hang on...it shows how fickle THE ODD Poole fan would be. I would suggest that 95% plus of us would welcome GB's best. Don't forget it's only a handful on here that crow on about him and that's a tiny fraction of the Poole fan base. Really Sherlock? Take it easy or you might actually write something intelligent Whilst I disagree with his comment re. Ward (a rider we all loved when he was on track) he has a point re. Tai. You are one of the very few at Poole who have some kind of disdain towards him. Even MF has stated in the press he would have him like a shot! But then again, what does he know....
-
Have you been in contact with them and asked them then? If we drop KK, which doesn't look likely at the moment, he won't be dropped unless MF has an ace up his sleeve. You know this as well as I do as it's MF's way.
-
Where have you seen this pb? I'm aware 'Motorcycle Speedway' has been given an invitational to take part (pretty obvious really bearing in mind the location), however I can't find anything which refers to the UK or Team GB's potential participation.
-
How the hell would you know? You were offered a chance to speak to him face to face and you ran faster than Usain Bolt! The BSing yellow livered keyboard warrior is owned. Great post RPNYC

Not 100% true, there are a couple who could. Oh and there's a certain Mr Woffinden too

Always the optimist aint ya Shovlar. I guess you're getting the excuse in early should we lose...which I don't think we will -
Do we? Let's wait and see what happens IF KK is released.

The promotion actually do something that's based in the 21st Century and you are moaning about it?? Like seriously! Maybe if Tai said it was a great idea you would change your mind! It maybe a modern thing but the saving is laughable when you take the weather risk and potential refund hassle into consideration. As for Tai, ridiculous comment Lisa. You're better than that me luv! Dammit! £1.50 is hardly earth shattering bearing in mind UK speedway is already overpriced for what's on show. I agree it's a great initiative, but £3 off (as things initially seem) is really only £1.50 and with weather risks it's pretty pointless IMO.

Vaculik? -
So are you going to sever your ties then? Whilst this may seem a great idea, the actual saving by way of advance booking is so minor that it's really not worth it when you take the (unknown) weather situation into consideration. A full paying adult will save £3 on face value (advance booking is £14 as opposed to £17) however the obligatory 'booking fee' of £1.50 halves the saving to a measly £1.50! Should a rain off or similar take place then you're left in the position of trying to get a refund. All that hassle for a £1.50 saving. Is it really worth it???

Smolinski? The other two might be worth a shout though. -
 You're so wrong, just a handful on here feel the need to go on and on about it. Great post there fella

True Lisa, but Holder has never liked KL and I was surprised to see he signed for them however I guess he wanted a UK ride and they offered him what he wanted after Matt F discarded him. He was pretty poor in the GP on Sat night too to be honest. -
Still banging your drum I see...so very sad. I think you'll find Tai's feelings are the exact opposite, he cares hugely and has publicly stated as such on numerous occasions. But don't let facts get in the way of your tiresome crusade. Or maybe he wants to... Teach the younger riders how to handle pressure Teach the younger riders more about set-ups Teach the younger riders how to handle the bikes on different size tracks Teach the younger riders how to adjust their riding style in different conditions Teach the younger riders what it's like to ride abroad The list goes on and on. WTF has his tattoos etc. got to do with things? Sweet FA that's what. It's incredible that the minority (yes that's exactly what it is as Tai still has thousands and thousands of UK fans and supporters - proven at Cardiff year after year!) still go on and on and on about Tai giving the UK and Team GB a miss. It's his prerogative and choice so grow up and move on. I'd LOVE it if he turned up at Poole - that would seriously pi$$ you off Shovlar!

Getting rid of the reliable and dependable Holder was always a big risk and it's backfired, KK has been dire in every meeting he's ridden so far this season so a taxi must be on it's way very shortly. Options are limited, however Matt ford always seems to pull a rabbit from a hat in these situations. I've not checked averages, but for my money Little Leon (as I've always called him) would be a good shout if, and here's the big IF, he would consider riding in the UK again. -
