  1. Well except those two of course! However, Lahti did come good towards the end of the season
  2. Ellis won't be back (he wants to stay at Swindon), other than that you could be pretty much spot on there fella Matt F has already stated that Woryna and Shanes will be in (barring anything significant at the AGM), and today Middlo has gone public saying he wants the three Aussies next year i.e. the Holders and Kurtz so that leaves 2 spots. Hans, whilst not pulling up any trees is pretty much Poole through and through and is still a useful second string so he must be a contender and if he is that leaves just one. And that one last spot could be Matt's master stroke he often pulls out the bag!
  3. Once again this forum is a minority of UK speedway followers so your logic is flawed. End of.
  4. He's tried that and got nowhere and that's what stirred him up in the first place.
  5. But how do you know that? And of course Tai would make us stronger once he got dialled in. That is all.
  6. Only because our event was on home soil. If it had been anywhere else we'd have got smashed and wouldn't have made it out of the playoffs and that's only if we'd had reached them which would've been questionable! This forum is nothing more than a handful of UK speedway supporters and of that handful there's maybe 20 or 30 odd on here that are anti-Tai. It's rather silly to think that this forum is a real indication of the UK support as a whole. Spot on Sid See my post above. You're only posting from your own personal feeling and point of view. This forum is not representative of our fantastic speedway community.
  7. It's only a tweet for Gawds sake, so calm down people! Tai riding for us would be huge, however as the level headed have already said it's highly unlikely. Oh and Lisa - how Tai's tweet can be considered attention seeking is beyond me. So if I posted a tweet with a Ferrari emoticon it must mean I'm getting one and I want attention for it... Signing Tai would not be like for like at all. Tai is a mahoooosive amount better than both. However, Kurtz is our future so it would be the ageing Hans that I'm sorry to say that would have to make way. But it's not going to happen so it's irrelevant.
  8. When will all this Tai bashing stop? Remind me how many were screaming for him at Cardiff yet again this year? The SWC is a completely different animal to the World Games, any plonker can see that. One is the most prestigious team event a country can enter, the other purely an invitational due to the country the World Games is being held in. Based upon that I see no reason why Tai's decision to not race for Team GB in the SWC should affect an inclusion in the World Games. But that's only my opinion as I'm in the 'I don't hate Tai for a damn stupid reason' camp As others have said, the younger guys going could learn a lot from him and IMO the BSPA have lost another opportunity to take advantage of it.
  9. Volunteering at Poole and selling the Speedway Star are hardly proper jobs are they? (I assume you didn't mean 'so have I' got a woman...as that would be progress )
  10. Maybe only 3 current GP riders, but also 4 ex-GP riders and another 4 (very potential) future GP riders. Jeez.
  11. I bring the right honourable posters attention to Jason Doyle (arguably currently the best rider in the world), Freddie Lindgren and Chris Holder all of whom are long standing riders of notability still riding over here and I'd bet all 3 still will be next year too! In addition we have Kenneth Bjerre, Batch, Hans Andersen, Bomber and Rory Schlein who again I suggest are pretty notable. On top of that there's a number of younger up and coming riders such as Brady Kurtz, Jack Holder, Robert Lambert and Max Fricke etc. who once again are pretty notable IMO.
  12. How many spelling/punctuation mistakes can one make in two very (badly written) short sentences? The bold bit is particularly hilarious! Here's a correct version for you; Oh dear, you're back are you. You have an iPhone, at your age daddy should confiscate it. Oh and I've never gone anywhere, I have a very full and busy life (a hectic job and a family including 2 young children) away from this forum so I haven't got time to login every 5 mins like you do. Maybe you should get a job and a woman...if you can find one dumb enough that is
  13. I can honestly say that my iPhone didn't pick it up...maybe there's more than one way to spell it 😬 Maybe it's the Yank spelling 😂
  14. Oops! No excuse on this occasion the spelling police are correct...bit sad though innit 😝
  15. Ridiculous thread full of ridiculous posts.......except post #9
  16. Not quite sure what to make of you.... In one post you say that the current Poole team is rubbish so what's the point and you're already looking forward to 2018 and then minutes later you post a number of posts in support of the same team! As someone already pointed out earlier, your posts today definitely smack of KKS!! For what it's worth, EK is excellent at WR however he struggles at pretty much every other track in the Prem. This is obviously the best MF could do and that is a bit concerning. Is that a reflection on Poole or top level speedway in this country in general?
  17. Nicki Pedersen at Poole? It's very possible he may not be riding again, ever.
  18. AJ is hardly setting the speedway world on fire so I can't see Ford going after him. He's been on a downward spiral for a few years.
  19. Will be done by the end of the week according to todays Echo.
  20. Shocking performance last night. Matt Ford will make changes without a doubt. Don't write us off yet folks! That's all I'm going to say
  21. Daddy the bigger boy is picking on me...gutless to the extreme. You've been reported to the mods countless times by many others and been given a number of holidays, as for me nada, zilch, nowt, booger all, zero! I have told you many times why I dislike your posts, but you refuse to accept how you are on here. As for the bit in red, you have said plenty of times you've tried to seek me out - so how does that work then? Get over yourself and stop claiming to know everything about Poole (when you know no more than the rest of us), stop saying 'all Poole fans think this and that' and for the love of God stop fighting everyone who says the tiniest negative thing about Poole or MF and THEN maybe I might start to have some respect for your posts. I support Poole, and I have done since I was wee lad. I have attended Poole speedway since I was a wee lad (over 35 years!). I don't need someone telling me I'm not a real fan because I'm unable to attend EVERY home meeting or take time off work to follow them around the country. My support for Poole has never waivered. As for you, you have jumped ship from Swindon to Poole - where one lives is irrelevant if they have' real love' for a club - so in that respect I am a far more loyal supporter than you. So that's just yet another failed 'argument' you have created. Now STOP stalking me, STOP with your fixation on me and STOP making statements about me which are utter nonsense.
