Why? Our team is (arguably) stronger than the one that beat the Witches on their own patch last week. -

We park in the street about 5 mins. walk away from the stadium. Never had a problem. Costs nowt -
Why? Was what was said publicly confidential then?

Spot on Doc

Nonsense...and don't forget you were BANNED by the webmaster (your own mate!) from that forum and you were also instrumental in it being closed!! I never had any problems with any posters on the Poole forum, never had a crossed word with any posters and I never received any warnings unlike yourself.
-
And there you have it folks, my point is proven.
-
Forum troll alert.
-
Just tongue in cheek
-
The last 7 or 8 pages of this thread is utterly ridiculous. Why the chuff do a number of you respond to anything the forums most famous troll posts? He just sits in his bedroom creaming his pants over your responses!! I bet he's got his hand in his trousers already after reading that The only positive thing out of all this is the fact he makes Starman appear a teensy weensy bit intelligent Seriously though, this forums lack of moderation has been a joke for a very long time and is the reason many 'adult' posters (including myself) don't bother logging in very often. Right....back to topic PLEASE. I thank you

Oops! Typo

Surely Matt Ford has made a 'stupid' offer to his best mate Sholvar to buy the club...an offer which includes a clause which stipulates Star'boy'2006 has to be taken on as the tea lady Seriously though, does anyone really think Matt Ford will just walk away and let Poole Speedway fold if a buyer hasn't come forward before the end of next season? Matt Ford loves the club and has personally invested heavily in it since 1998 when he took over with Mike Golding. It would be like flushing (quite possibly) hundreds of thousand of £'s down the loo and watching the business he built up over the past 20 years crumble into the ground. No (business) sense in that whatsoever. As for our potential team for 2019 which many are touting...i.e. Brady, Jack H, NJB, Covatti, Josh, Nikolai and Richie W...IMO it would perform fine in the watered down SGB Premiership we now have. The demise of the top tier of British speedway over the past years has been sad to watch, but we can only put together a team of riders that are wiling to ride and wear the skull and cross bones in the current financial climate. UP THE PIRATES!
-
Strange decision and even stranger when you read Matt F's reasoning. I like Josh but is he really the man ahead of Chris, Brady and Linus?
-
Nonsense, my posts are fine except when they respond to the Poole gob i.e. you. So you again don't provide any evidence for the 'inside info' you post. Hilarious. p.s. How many times have you been banned in the past? As for me, zero
-
You know nothing. You have never proven otherwise. End of. I have already proven my attendance, just because you have never met or 'seen' me means absolutely nothing. You never provide any evidence of anything you post. There's 3 facts for you - now either give us something factual or stop with the 'I know what you don't know' manure!
-
I think he just needs a huge confidence boost which would do him the world of good. He's been quite low in recent years after Darcy's accident and his own injury's. But with the right team, right encouragement, right machinery and a good start to a season he could definitely improve and be a force in the weakened UK top league. However has last season been the last straw for him in the UK? (Dropped from Poole and banned). Middlo could be a very useful ally should Matt Ford decide to eat humble pie.
-
Still at it I see. You know nothing more than anyone else. So keep on fishing for bites. Sad. The ONLY person who knows anything about next years plans is Matt Ford (and probably Middlo)...who apparently personally let's you know everything that they're planning every year
-
Whilst we all know Middlo often speaks before engaging his brain, he has gone public saying he wants the three Aussies with us next season and he wouldn't have done that without good reason. Matt and Middlo will have talked about next year at length already so has he made this public for a reason? I'm sure he wouldn't do it if he knew this was way off Matts thoughts for 2018. So, speculation? You decide.
-
Well except those two of course! However, Lahti did come good towards the end of the season
-
Ellis won't be back (he wants to stay at Swindon), other than that you could be pretty much spot on there fella Matt F has already stated that Woryna and Shanes will be in (barring anything significant at the AGM), and today Middlo has gone public saying he wants the three Aussies next year i.e. the Holders and Kurtz so that leaves 2 spots. Hans, whilst not pulling up any trees is pretty much Poole through and through and is still a useful second string so he must be a contender and if he is that leaves just one. And that one last spot could be Matt's master stroke he often pulls out the bag!

Once again this forum is a minority of UK speedway followers so your logic is flawed. End of.
-
He's tried that and got nowhere and that's what stirred him up in the first place.
-
But how do you know that? And of course Tai would make us stronger once he got dialled in. That is all.
-
Only because our event was on home soil. If it had been anywhere else we'd have got smashed and wouldn't have made it out of the playoffs and that's only if we'd had reached them which would've been questionable! This forum is nothing more than a handful of UK speedway supporters and of that handful there's maybe 20 or 30 odd on here that are anti-Tai. It's rather silly to think that this forum is a real indication of the UK support as a whole. Spot on Sid See my post above. You're only posting from your own personal feeling and point of view. This forum is not representative of our fantastic speedway community.
