  1. I don't see a picture of him on here? http://www.cfsmotorracing.com/
  2. Yes, it makes it a bit of a farce I think - the original intention was to stop clubs/riders deliberately lowering their average either for more scopt later in the year to build or for the following year but it makes in season changes very confusing and the 'average' is no guide to form any more. There will be riders who have yet to ride in the Premiership who may ride to their rolling average or even improve on it and then there'd still be a significant improvement.
  3. These are not real figures but say Worrall has a rolling average of 6 but is actually averaging 5 this season. Then Nicholls has a rolling average of 6 but is actually averaging 8 this season. They could replace Worrall with Nicholls giving a positive impact of 3 points based on current form, so plenty of scope but not sure who would be available. They could replace two riders with rolling averages of 11 points combined but who are actually averaging 8 this season, with two who also have a rolling average of 11 and hope they ride to that, again a positive impact of 3 points. So, if I'm right, there is scope.
  4. The meeting is still available in full on the app via the catch up menu, which is in the three line menu option top left.and go under the 'watch' menu.
  5. The daft thing is they use the rolling averages for team building I think? These can be way different to how that rider is doing this season, so there is actually flexibility.
  6. The programme doesn't start until 10:15pm??
  7. They key thing from that is the percentage chance, shown underneath. From 2-3pm it shows a 14% chance of a shower and no rain at any other time - glass half full everyone .
  8. There was some competitive action & I thought the track was fine. There were no clouds of dust and I know that when a blue line appears, that part of the track is really grippy, giving both a quick inside and outside line. Water it and it becomes like ice. Masses of dirt does not necessarily make the racing any better - the last few times I've been to Lynn it's been follow the leader nearly every race. Stars need to concentrate on getting more out of Lambert and Proctor, Witches need Harris to climb out of his rut.
  9. Harris has also been on Twitter and does not mention his fitness being an issue at all, just ridden poorly. His first two meetings after the injury he scored highly.
  10. I realise that, but years ago riders didn't ride in both leagues as they do now. My point was not was it within the rules but that I don't think it should be. Cook is really a Premiership rider, riding in a lower league and cleaning up. In my view that quality of rider should not be in the lower division.
  11. I'm not sure a Championship guest should be allowed but these days I guess anything goes.
  12. 16 points down after 8 races I have to agree. Who'd have thought Ht 15 would have been a 1-5, got to have to the home top boys winning those races really.
  13. I think it was one of those where he could have stayed on if he'd wanted
  14. I really don't buy all this about him being pants only because he's not fit. He was shocking last season for Glasgow and Rye House. He is inconsistent, sometimes brilliant but mostly not. If he was not fit he'd retire in those races he's not well placed - he isn't and therefore I think he's just in a rut at the moment. He has never liked riding at No.1 either.
  15. Whether riding around in 3rd or at the back the pain from his wrist would be the same. He's declared himself fit so I think people are making excuses for him - once the gloves go on and the race starts pain can be ridden through. He's just riding like he did last year for Glasgow. Was always going to be inconsistent and he will do better again at some point.
  16. The racing was OK but no affinity with any of those riders so didn't care who won. Prefer the world cup I think but looking forward more to the premiership coverage starting next week.
  17. Have a look at this weeks Star, how bad have the other heat leaders been then if Scott is your best rider so far?
  18. Disagree, Russia is about making starts - I'd have Worrall over Harris in that situation as well. Don't get me wrong I like him and would still support him but think Rosco has made the wrong call. ( only 3 points tonight at Wolves as well)
