  1. Yeah the cut was from his peak on his helmet I think. If this is true then that's good news, although a dislocation is painful!!
  2. This has been reported from his Polish boss "The initial diagnosis is a hip injury. We don't know yet how serious this injury is or how long the break in our player's starts will be. The entire Włókniarz Częstochowa community keeps its fingers crossed for Jason! We look forward to your return," it said in a social media release." translated of course
  3. A forum is for discussion, I see nothing wrong, people are concerned and curious that's all. Don't see why it should bother you. Many people speculated on the US election before any facts were known, that's normal behaviour.
  4. He blocked Thompson more than once and I don't think even really knew he was there. He's the senior rider and should have slowed when entering the bend on the outside because it was the gap which Holder exploited in the first place. They may not have stayed in front the whole race of course but it's not the first time I've seen a lack of awareness/team riding from Tom. Must be learning from Danny King!
  5. I thought it was quite entertaining to be honest. A slick track can provide good racing, as much as grippy one can be borefest. Harris was just poor, as he was at Foxhall but the other Lynn riders were there or thereabouts & thought they were unlucky with re-runs when in good positions. There was passing on the inside and the outside, so not one line only.
  6. The opt-in option applies to grass track champs as well with the ACU licence I seem to remember and has always been there I think.
  7. If you are known for making starts it's a little easier but for those riders who rely on having a chance to pass it is a little tougher if the track is bit wetter. As ever, it can also be a good excuse.
  8. Oh yeah, I'm old enough to know that but didn't know that was their biggest hit which is why I went for another ELO song, Confusion. 🙂
  9. Not being in his fan club I'm not sure what that is, so I'll plump for confusion?
  10. Can't be any worse than some fat boy/girl singer
  11. I'm not on anyone's back and age doesn't have anything to do with it - some riders have been top stars when younger than Boughen and others novices in their late 20s (John Louis for one). He's been riding bikes since he was three and has travelled the world doing it so I'd have expected faster progress if was destined for greatness. The forum is great as it allows opinion & I've given mine - of course it could turn out to be an incorrect forecast, nothing is certain.
  12. As a fan John Berry & Tim Sugar (😉) & from who I've dealt with, Mick Hester.
  13. Is that because if it were any other reason he'd be in trouble or is he genuinely injured?
  14. He's not going to improve in my opinion, I think he will realise that for himself soon.
  15. The newness of an engine makes little difference it's how it out set with the other components which matters, alongside the rider being able to ride it!
  16. There should be room for common sense and the impact on entertainment.
  17. Not really, his forays into the Premiership in recent seasons have not been very successful. He is such an enigma though - the point I was making is that this had to come against Birmingham!
  18. What was more annoyong was the lack of attention to the track as it dried, just waiting for the standard grading after every 4/5 heats wasn't enough. When there were other gaps after crashes or two consecutive rides it should have been graded and watered then as well. However, when Doyle was behind, he made short shrift of those in front of him!
  19. I feel really sorry for Birmingham. Last week they had two good chances of wins against Oxford then they go and bring in Cook who has a couple of rare good meetings. Timing is everything.
  20. Again, only in Poland. Pepe used to be good there as well but where was he on the world stage. Claim was 'in the world'
