Kemp is very frustrating - when on Thompson's engine at Foxhall he was superb but last night total toilet. I get that the track was balder than Right Said Fred and offered almost nothing but his gating was so bad.

Or, he was a master tactician there. Pedersen secured a great 2 points whereas Edwards'last ride was a zero, so good job he didn't switch in that race. 😁 Good night for most of the Witches, Lawson was fab. I don't think I've ever seen it so slick at Leicester, from watching on the TV that is.

Ha, not sure about speedway but on the grass I saw him at collier st, riding where no-one else dared around the outside full gas and he was almost horizontal. Fantastic skill as the clumps of earth were big and made it very bumpy. I thought that was a fabulous GP, unpredictable and sorted the men from the boys.

All going Zmarzlik's way so far, how many chances will he have to win this race.

Zichske was fantastic last night for Belle Vue. If he rides like that, Glasgow will win.

Agreed. Great to have a full team again. Belle Vue should win the title this year easily, as I said at the start of the season, the Witches should just hope to get into a 2nd vs 3rd playoff rather than face the Aces in the semi final.

I don't believe they try any less here - UK speedway is actually quite difficult due to the variety of tracks which are not as easy to ride as those in Poland but there is definitely less at risk if they have a poor race/score.

Excellent meeting tonight, Lawson really tried his hardest in heat 13 and was a great race with Picko. Brennan really is a disappointment this season and Édwards doesn't seem to do well when the track is slicker. Ipswich's reserves will cost them in the play offs if they get there. Picko in heat 15, ha, gave up on lap 1, I'd be unimpressed if I was a tigers fan or manager.

Yes but as I primarily attend Premiership meetings the level of rider is not the attraction - it would be to support the Championship team I follow but they are only in a small number of heats (less than a league meeting obviously) so that dissuades the stream purchase. The added cost has killed any chance of me convincing myself it'd be worth it.

Totally disgusting, no wonder people give up on the sport. I was considering going to this but won't be planning any other trips given how easily they call meetings off. Probably looked at the Ipswich side and didn't fancy it.

I hope all the leg waving riders watched Douglas there, shows it's unnecessary. Flint would be much more stable if he packed it in. Ellis needs to be replaved next time out.
