  1. Think he was top of the averages in 1980 so 81 must have been a bad year for the 21 year old๐Ÿ˜. He's my GOAT.
  2. What do you mean, "what a rift"?? In the 70s of course we had weekly meetings, much better in my view as it kept fans engaged and enabled relationships to be built with your team.
  3. Agree 100%. It will rain tonight, just a question of when, but yesterday was not the time to call it off. Forecasting can be more certain on the actual day
  4. I'd say just the same as last year so far.
  5. No, and he actually rode a lot better than he has been this season in the Premiership.
  6. Surprised! I usually slide my finger over the phone keyboard rather than tap on each letter so sometimes it brings up something erroneous. If you put that word into Google, see what it comes up with. ๐Ÿ˜
  7. Well, that was closer than I expected! Harris, who's been poor for Glasgow, made some good starts tonight, Klindt looked like he was trying as well. Both No.1s were a let down, but Lidsey, wow, surprusex he's not more bloated as he surely struggles to pass water, the epitome of the phrase 'gating tart' ๐Ÿ˜
  8. I couldn't see that reflected on the official Witches site when I looked earlier๐Ÿ™„ Unlucky for Northampton, think Iversen has been riding quite well.
  9. It was a great GP, good close racing, easy travelling, easy entry and great view. Only downside were the beer queues and they're was no merchandise on sale apart from Czech Speedway and Dudek had a stall.
  10. Morris was overseeing it, saw him earlier on, along with Tony Olsson. Credit to him as well as he went and thanked everyone on the centre green personally, marshalls, 1st aiders etc.
  11. It's baking hot here and the queues for the beer are mental.
  12. Absolutely right! And of course, risking a smaller crowd.
  13. Is Zagar going to be out for a long time? I'd be more worried about Klindt.
  14. I agree with your second paragraph but not the first. If they're a lot better, then they should have finished higher in the qualifier i.e. the British Final.
  15. The trouble with dodgy call-offs is that fans lose trust and that is important. No-one will trust Lynn again when it comes to this because they've been caught red-handed before.
  16. I see Beau Bailey is in the Aussie team - how long will it be before he gets a UK place?
  17. Past: Gert Handberg & Jarek Hampel Present: Nikolai Klindt. Can think of many more of course but it all depends at what stage of their career as well.
  18. Are you wanting people to name them?
  19. The lumps that came off the bladed grader were solid and staff had to break them up, it didn't look sludgy to me as there wasn't much material at all. I'd have ridden it!
