  1. Sometimes I think it's better not to know what goes on behind the scenes in many regards
  2. good to see the club have a youtube channel, think its a good idea
  3. bunyan won meetings on his own at reading iow and finally rye even in the twilight of his legendary career Sounds depressing at Rye wouldn't spend a penny if there is uncertainty about the clubs intentions Leave your legacy untarnished Jason 9.17 rider and pride of the potteries 2008 winner
  4. Edinburgh will make the play offs I believe Not as strong as recent years on paper but Edinburgh get it done via hard work and consistency Glasgow and Panthers look good depending on who the final rider is there Berwick mid table
  5. thank you pinny for the reply... interesting you chose coles, boss back in the day
  6. Which PL rider do you wish you had signed? Tomas Topinka Kings Lynn Had your team been EL who would have been your Number One? Mark Loram Who would have most likely been your Number One? Bomber probably Most Exciting signing at PL Level? Janusz Kolodzeij Reading Racers 2003 Whatever happened to the once strong PL? Answers on a postcard
  7. No, i think workington have a really good team yes speedway is a funny sport and sadly there will be injuries but the stronger sides like workington, glasgow etc are better equipped to cope this season
  8. worky have a good side to be fair, when they click they will take some stopping
  9. Speedway is terminally crocked sadly...
  10. I think Gjedde will average 7.4 (I think ish)
  11. I agree with Spin King... Don't rate Edberg and Alden just because you can go fast doesn't make you a good rider 7 point average for a reason IMO (for Alden that is)
  12. good luck Charlie, had some horrendous injuries, interested to see how he does thought he'd retired
  13. Grigory Laguta 9.00 (not signed yet)
  14. I don't have an issue with foreign riders at all they are making up the gaps that we can't fill anymore That being said commited consistent guys have been replaced by a poorer one dimensional standard of rider i.e kindt bellego the pl is now sadly full of these "type" of rider and they get team places every season
  15. they don't make them like david bargh these days ironically had some Diamond programmes of 91 was looking at his scores back in 2002 and he seemed to rarely to drop a point
  16. David Bargh, can you enlighten me, seemed a class act
  17. realistically looking at mid table improvement coming from 2 and one of the reserves, the rest should maintain averages give or take half a point A lot more solid than last year
  18. sadly the bad ones give the good ones a bad name
  19. good luck ben... give him good bikes and he will be back up to 9 points
