Thankfully the forecasted rain didn't really show bar a bit of minor spitting. Sadly there wasn't a conclusion to the initial running of Heat 4. Think Bewley maybe got away with one there as the visitors were on a 1-5. Other than that - Mulford's excellent ride in 12 and Killeen nearly grabbing a point on the line was good to see. Oxford are at least missing one rider at the top end. While Wright will give you bags, he is imo a middle order rider. Janowski may as well not have not bothered turning up. Hopefully nothing to serious for Erik Riss.

Doyle and Sayfutdinov will be sharp when it matters. No need to win every meeting by 20 points with those two achieving 10 point averages. That being said it makes a mockery of the journey to the playoffs.
