  1. Agree bomber should be able to do pl
  2. There are quite a few clubs in trouble over there at the moment. Is he a big name Obvs all the WC hopefuls all have team places. Seb ulamek at Czestochowa? Possibly? Er Gapinski? Bear in mind they operate squad systems. So if your rubbish like cook was for Lodz your out... Or world class bomber Harris who is usually free most Tuesday and Sundays.
  3. Its fairly well known in Poland who is struggling. The ironic thing is usually after pleading poverty that particular club comes back with an all star seven and wins the league...cough UniaTarnow To be fair to Zielona Gora and Gorzow they have a full stadium for home where Wroclaw racing miles away in Poznan and Torun who continue to sign some of the sports biggest names for little return... 3 quarter empty stadium or half empty in KS's case I would imagine most guys choose the foreign leagues over uk because I've heard you get a handsome salary just for being a squad member. Never mind being a Zmarzlik Dudek Woffinden whom lead the biggest clubs on the continent currently. Must have been amazing to follow Speedway back in the day? I don't see how the UK can compete financially with the two mainstream leagues and Russia who have paid out big money in the past and probably still do. Poland went from 3 liga down to 2 it will be interesting to see if more clubs go out of business I.e Ostrow next year

  10. Team is one signing away from being a tough side to beat at home. Doolan Jorgenson and pijper good engine room riders. Just need a guy to pull us through the end of the meeting.
  11. Good work by the clubs YouTube team making vids from rye and scunny
  12. To be blunt no we don't put teams out to win titles
  13. Gone but not forgotten I remember p Waite trying to get him back 10 years ago. Great rider on the continent would have done very well on the big pl tracks I do believe
  14. Good old Edinburgh... Honourable chaps
  15. Rather ironic a Berwick fan giving it large about clubs signing riders who miss matches.. Part of the sport sadly ... Newcastle have done their best to put together an attractive side... Comes at a cost in modern day speedway
