Tbf the guy had been out of competitive racing for nine years. The crash deffo wouldn’t have helped either.

I feel this year has been the strongest season for a few years. Stronger than 20 years ago….. probably not using Glasgow again for e.g in 2002 finishing bottom (I think), with a top 3 of Stancl Grieves and Powell. Do also agree with the comment about it being the most expensive.

All I read is positivity from the club so it isn’t a surprise really. If a top rider becomes available you would like to think your club would try and sign the rider, especially if Pedersen does retire.

Richard Lawson signed for 2022. Had an outstanding season and seems in GB to be on a upward trajectory.

Well if it is his last season what a way to go out! Saw his first meeting away at Scunthorpe and thought he was outstanding. Glad to see he has kept it up pretty much every week Just gotta enjoy his class while he is here, same with Nicholls. Both loyal and consistent riders over the years.

Pros and cons at every track though. Good people at Leicester, ambitious promotion, decent team but racing not always the best.
