  1. Andreas Jonsson - Coventry Rider / owned TNT133 - Wolverhampton Fan end result Well Done AJ One of the few Wolves fans that actually admires his racing and skill on the bike. He may not be as consistant as the top boys but sure a great racer who on his day provides great entertainment. Said a few years ago that Hans Andersen and Andreas Jonsson would be my choice of targets for Wolverhampton but that looks highly unlikley Well Done AJ
  2. Although Mark can provide great races, I feel Simon Stead and even Chris Harris would get in front of him with only Steady a better call really. Nicholls and Steady - may not be World Champions but some good races ahead.
  3. As already said, he cant sign a contract yet and will be 15 soon but having bought Joe down to Wolves alot last season, it became clear that when he does get the chance to sign a contract, it would be of great benefit to him to sign for a Premier League team that has very strong connections to an Elite League team. So BOZ, if you are a Redcar fan, it would probably be a safe bet he will be at reserve for the Bears in 2008 with CVS having him in "his right pocket but could put him in the left pocket"
  4. Started off with Pee Wee races. Little kids on 50-80cc scramblers - The smallest was all set up for it and even leant over the bars to start. Then came the junior speedway on possible 125cc's - upto 250cc and all under 16's. - Easy winner, Steven Reese Event 3 = #24 Ben Estry - very impressive Event 4 was won by New Zealand rider, #136 Kim Stevens (female rider)
  5. LIVE WEB LINK The Industry Hils event from California is live on this web link and features a number of old Americans who used to ride over here, but the main interest, whih is Why I am watching, is the inclusion of Rocket Ronnie Correy

SF2 = HOLTA, Karlsson - Pepe, Kosiecha. FINAL = HOLTA, ANDERSEN, KARLSSON - Jagus. Funny thing is that Andersen could finish in the top 8 anyway and even losing here he should surely get a Wild Card.
  7. One of the few Continental riders from the 70's / 80's era that could handle the British League. A sad loss at such a young age
  8. Hope all the kids get well soon Can someone clear up the scoring system in the U-15's Joe Haines has won one and come second in one scoring 11 + 10 in those meetings. Is he on 21 points or do you score points in the final as in the GP's
  9. Didnt Steady ride as a guest for Zagar when he was missing matchesin the PL last season and scored maximum after maximum cant be that bad around there - Same 5 riders to be used
  10. can someone tell me why Poland were given second place and not England
  11. Peter Karlsson will get the Wild Card if he is fit enough or Mikael Max if not
  12. Australia have CRUMP - ADAMS Sweden have KARLSSON - JONSSON Poland have GOLLOB Denmark have PEDERSEN - PEDERSEN - ANDERSEN Middlo only really has Scott Nicholls that can compare to these and thats possibly only just. Sven Goran Eriksson had 6 years to get the team working right and play a certain style. In Germany we played 3-5-2 = 3-6-1 = 4-4-2 = 4-5-1 = 5-5-0 = 5-4-1 and even had to try 4-4-1 After 6 years in the job, he still picked a raw junior to take with him that he had never seen play and hasnt played in top class football. Would Middlo think about taking Josh Auty to the first round . . no Sven had players like GERRARD - BECKHAM - ROONEY - LAMPARD - TERRY - OWEN which is like Middlo have 6 players with 9 point plus averages . . but he doesnt Midlo is doing a fine job and the team he has picked cant really be faulted as there is no others really up for it and any other one that is close like Louis, Screen etc have had their day and the best team is the one going out there. They wont win or reach the final, but if Sven only had JENAS - DYER - CAMPBELL etc to pick from, he wouldnt even get England to win a home international.
  13. There is always going to be a nomination or two, this is to cover injuries to GP riders or riders trying to qualify missing the final.
  14. SCOTT NICHOLLS England must have one rider in the Series and from what I have been told, Nicholls has been allocated a place already. Should another Brit qualify then fine, but cant see it although it would be good to see Steady around the Polish tracks. From the final line-up, it would be an injustice if Hans Andersen and Peter Karlsson didnt go through as both are in great form and exciting to watch. Hans however could finish rock bottom as I'm sure he wil be in the 2007 Series somehow anyway.
  15. Gjedde did get 2nd in heat 18 and goes through Puk and Freddie miss out
  16. Ronnie Correy rode in the qualifier and did a pretty good job and quite frankly over the past month it has been more like watching the old Rocket at Monmore with consistant good scores and good racing.

  18. Who I will go for to qualify for the final in Red
  19. Had Leigh Adams on a flier . . . . thought I was home and dry with just 5 races left
  20. Think points in the Semi-Finals should be doubled - then after the Semi-Finals, the top four are in the Final, so Adams and Hancock would be rewarded for top scoring by just getting into the final ahead of Bjarne and Anonio 17= Andersen 16= Crump 15= Hancock 14= Adams 13= B.Pedersen 10= Lindback 9= Richardson 8= Nicholls then in the final, points would be 10 for a win, 6 for 2nd, 3 for third and 0 for last so Hans would have gained 27 GP points, Crumpy 22 GP points and had Adams have got third, he would have scored 17 GP points. Yeah right . . . and if my Granny had balls she would have been my Grandad . . but she didn't
  21. Dd miss Sophie as for the GP game - I have done poorly and gambled it all on Adams and Trick - so as they said on DLT's dart game QUACK WUACK OOPPS !
  22. Im pleased Hans won it - mainly to show up those that kept him out of this years series. He earnt 25 GP points in this meeting and is now just one point behind Lee Richardson, level with Neils K Iversen and 14 ahead of Pepe Protasiewicz. PAoint Proved Hans - after Mondays display - you deserved it
