  1. Just interviewing the riders(re: expectations, track conditions, etc) and talking about the weather/track conditions. They are also suggesting that given current form MJJ will have a tough time keeping up with Kildemand.

  3. It is...Wednesday. It's not on their schedule yet for some reason, but they did mention earlier that they were showing it live. Starting at either 5.30 or 6pm, I would presume.
  4. Yeah, just been announced that the meeting is now cancelled - result stands.
  5. Raining harder there now, hence the delay.
  6. Not a Bjerre fan are you Dekker? No, it was Rasmus Jensen this time, ManchesterPaul. It was Piotr Pawlicki before.
  7. In an interview after his first heat, "Big" Bjerre did mention that the track was deep with a fair few holes, so it would appear that way Dekker.
  8. A GP rider should never be that far back round his home track! Great ride by MJJ.
  9. He's definitely been excluded this time. There had been some rain prior to the meeting, so the conditions aren't ideal.
  10. Respect to the Polish commentators for taking that stand. I'm absolutely amazed that they are continuing with the meeting.
  11. Back at Grindsted tomorrow night @ 5.30pm UK time to see Alan's favourite Danish young ladies again. This should be a good, close match I would've thought. There's nothing between the 2 teams, a local derby (2 teams are separated by approx 20 miles, if that) and the added bonus of Nicki Pedersen making his first trip to Grindsted for approx a decade! Grindsted Kenneth Bjerre Lasse Bjerre Michael Jepsen Jensen Mathias Thörnblom Johannes Kikkenborg Holsted Nicki Pedersen Piotr Pawlicki Przemyslaw Pawlicki Nicklas Porsing Rasmus Jensen
  12. Oops! Hope you're not a betting man, Iris! Although I am sure we would have both been right had Larsen not had his unfortunate crash. Hopefully his trip to hospital is just precautionary. Next match on Kanalsport is on Monday - Grindsted V Holsted @ 5.30pm UK time.
  13. It's a different injury everytime they talk about it. Concussion, broken nose, arm injury, hand injury have all been mentioned as possible injuries.
  14. Crowd announced as being 621 - if I heard it correctly.
  15. Hansen on double points (joker they call it there) in the re-run.
  16. Yeah, Larsen had to go to hospital, or they had to wait for an ambulance. Outrup is not particulary close to any hospital, so it takes time. Claes Nedermark said that Larsen also has an arm injury, but they don't know if it's broken or not. Ambulance is on the way back from Esbjerg hospital now. Larsen withdrawn, and Raun replaces him in the rest of his rides.
  17. Probably, but the first one looked pretty damn painful too!
  18. They say he's reasonably okay all things considered. Took a knock to his head, but is conscious.
  19. Oops! Sorry, I didn't realise you posted pretty much the same time. Great minds think alike
  20. Outrup take on Slangerup at 6pm UK time tonight. Slangerup have brought in Zengota at 1 to replace Monberg. Otherwise they are unchanged from the side that was well beaten on Wednesday night. Outrup look strong again. Walasek is in at 1. Kenni Larsen and Korneliussen complete a strong top 3.Ex-Diamond Jonas Raun makes his comeback after several years out and will be interesting to monitor his progress. Outrup 1 Greg Walasek 2 Kenni Arendt Larsen 3 Mads Korneliussen 4 Claes Nedermark 5 Jonas Raun Slangerup 1 Greg Zengota 2 Kenneth Kruse Hansen 3 Mikkel Michelsen 4 Nicki Barrett 5 Kenni Nissen Personally I can only see a comfortable home win, but you never know in speedway. The action starts at 6pm UK time @ www.kanalsport.dk
  21. I think it was always going to be the case that Monberg V Andersen was bit of a non-contest, but at the same time I don't think they expected Vissing to clean up as a C rider. With the exception of his exclusion, which was somewhat unfortunate, he got a paid max! Any team that gets a paid max from their C rider will take some stopping.
