Is this a 4pm or 4.30pm start, Phil? I see the GB website has it down as starting at 4pm.

Scunthorpe V Mildenhall - Friday, June 29th (nl) 7.30pm

I think it's very likely one had just missed it. Missing something sounds a lot better than imagining things! -
The next match on Kanalsport is on Friday as Outrup host Holstebro @6.00pm Uk time. Holstebro are without their number 1, Bjarne Pedersen, who's at Lakeside. They have drafted in Robert Kosciecha, who'll probably be reasonably solid, but not really a number 1. Outrup have a strong side for this match with no obvious weak links, and I'd expect them to win quite comfortably around their home track. Outrup 1 Antonio Lindbäck 2 Charlie Gjedde 3 Mads Korneliussen 4 Kalle Katajisto 5 Jonas Raun Holstebro 1 Robert Kosciecha 2 Aleksandr Lokajev 3 Andriej Karpow 4 Jonas B Andersen 5 Emil Grøndal

Looks like 2012 aswell as 2013 could be a write-off for young Nathan. http://www.cambridge-news.co.uk/Sport/Other-Sports/Teenager-Stoneman-faces-long-lay-off-after-crash-woe-01072012.htm -

I think Ashley Morris is the British representative, Iris. -

Gutted for Nathan. He's been awesome so far this season. He was riding well beyond his years, experience & average, which makes him somewhat irreplaceable. That was only Mildenhall's 5th league meeting of the season, so he won't get a new average. Even if he did, he probably would have stayed at reserve, anyway, as the top 5 are all riding well and upped their averages. So I would expect Joe Graver to be given the chance now, but may be wrong. -
Holsted V Slangerup Danish League 27/06/2012

The crash is also on the Kanalsport website, plus some other bits and pieces. http://kanalsport.dk/indslag/greg-hancock-i-dramatisk-styrt -
The Slangerup Team Manager thinks he's okay - he was just interviewed. Hancock was speaking after the crash, which is a good sign.
-
I've been at and away from the computer at random intervals. What I have gathered is that he got up, had a knock to the head, so I assume he has concussion, and has gone to Esbjerg Hospital to get checked over.

Racing starting again, Screamer. Jensen replacing Vaculik in re-run
-
Vaculik has hurt hand, "groggy" (Erik Gundersen's words!) and bit dizzy, so uncertain whether he will continue or not.
-
Any blow to the head is quite serious. I know of a rider who had a big crash last year, and when he woke up, he didn't realise where he was, how he got there, how old he was, etc. Must be a frightening thing to wake up to, especially when you're in pain at the same time! The Hancock crash was horrible to watch, and with Erik Gundersen commentating, being close to Hancock, and having his career ended in a very similar crash, it was hard to listen to aswell. Re: the Nicki interview, that was recorded prior to the meeting.
-
Hancock took a blow to the head, and he's gone to Esbjerg hospital according to Erik Gundersen, so expect a delay.
-
Hancock got up, but they don't think it's likely he'll ride again tonight. To add insult to injury, he's also been harshly excluded from the re-run.
-
It was Hancock & Vaculik. Hancock looks to have come off worst.
-
Ouch!
-
Good ride by Graversen - he doesn't tend to ride in Denmark much so good to see him getting a chance. Might need a change of underwear after that 2nd bend though!
-
Tomorrow's scheduled match from Grindsted has already been called off due to a waterlogged track. It'll be re-staged in September, so no live Speedway tomorrow evening, sadly. Not from Denmark, anyway.

Chris Widman is in to replace Michael Neale.

Raiders Vdudley Sat 16th June ..after Rockets At 6pm Rye
MrMungo replied to waco's topic in National League Speedway
I've only seen him twice this year. Both times he rode in heat 15, and both times the meeting had been either won or lost, although there was an aggregate score to consider for the latter. I don't think any rider should be able to ride in all 3 leagues. It's wonderful for the rider, whether it be Roynon, Worrall, or another, but as great as it is for them, it also causes another rider to sit on the sidelines. That said, there are numerous accomplished riders in the National League. Riders who have comfortably beaten Roynon, so it's not like he's been getting maximums here, there and everywhere. It's not quite as bad as when we had Andy Smith in the then Conference League! It's too late to do anything about it in 2012, but hopefully common sense will prevail, and they will limit riders to only ride in 2 leagues from next season on. -
Rained off
-
I think he can, but not entirely sure. I seem to remember a time last season where Lasse Bjerre was listed as R/R for Ipswich at 2, but then something happened, and he could ride after all, but he had to ride at number 2 which wasn't his normal position. However, sometimes the National League has completly different rules, so who knows!
-
What's the likelihood of this meeting going ahead? Will Richie Worrall be able to ride since Plymouth has already been called off? 1 Ashley Birks 2 Richie Worrall R/R (?) 3 Tony Atkin 4 Ross Walter 5 Jaimie Pickard 6 Liam Carr 7 Ben Reade 1 Cameron Heeps 2 Joe Jacobs R/R 3 Stefan Nielsen 4 Danny Halsey 5 Lewis Blackbird 6 Nathan Stoneman 7 Joe Graver

Cheers for the info, Henry. When you have Svendsen, who needs start girls?
-
Ambulance stayed at the track, so they don't think Randrup's injuries were serious. Meanwhile, Fjelsted surprisingly lost at home to Esbjerg by a couple of points, if I heard the commentators correctly.
