  1. the trouble is, it has happened and has every possibility of happening again because nothing has been changed for it not to happen..
  2. the start marshal was clearly in contact with the referee throughout each race, the green light would've stopped all the ridiculous and unnecessary actions of the start marshal and in turn eliminated this whole fiasco.
  3. all the ref had to do was put the greenlights on, it would of sent a clear message to every single rider in the meeting, to single out an individual in the way he did was poor, unfair and even unprofessional.
  4. heat 13 is one of the best races I have seen at speedway fir a long long time.
  5. absolutely clueless in Poole, tried oil and now concrete!
  6. Brady Kurtz, now I know he won one race riding the middle to outside line but jeez he isn't the brightest Aussie on the planet is he, his ride when his team needed him the most decides to run the air fence line for two and half laps, you really couldn't make it up could you? Over rated to say the least!
  7. pizz poor meeting only made watchable by the score line. Track was very poor.
  8. the greyhounds were on TV and the speedway track looked a mess!
  9. last night around 8pm the track looked soaked with standing water on it going in to bend one and in between bends one and two.
  10. generalisation or fact in regards to Saturdays so called physical situation?
  11. teams are slightly different tonight to then!...Just saying...
  12. all the hype on here about a Somerset win blah blah is all just pony.....Poole can only lose this, Somerset cant win it.
  13. as this is in Saturdays GP you must be referring to the Pedersen/Woffy incident, if you honestly think that riders or their crew get bans for that then then the games gone. I dread to think what the pc brigade thought of Boyce lumping Gollob ...I bet most of them were on gardening leave for weeks after that!
  14. was that the meeting they didn't turn up to?....or am I miles wide of the mark?
  15. I would rather watch him than the likes of Hancock, Dudek, Todd Wiltshire etc who are/were just start tarts! The young lad reminds me of Gollob, fast, exciting and entertaining.....just what the sport needs
  16. thugs?....ffs petal there was little more than words thrown at each other, the only person who "may" of been out of order was Huffy, Huffy, Huffy who tried to flick his back wheel at Pedersen... Talk about being a 2018 drama queen!
  17. wasn't there another rider that was also caught up in all this at the time, possibly an Aussie?...or am I thinking about something else?
  18. to be fair Lambert is correct in all this. Should Poole be deducted points..no. Should Poole be fined by the Environmental Agency, 100% yes.
  19. could someone let me know when Rossitor is officially going to open the new stadium at Swindon please?
  20. After the shambles of the Swindon and Leicester meeting last night, should Swindon be either fined or deducted points? In cricket if you prepare a pizz poor wicket you are deducted points, surely after last nights debacle then some form of action needs to be taken against the home club. Last night was a great chance to build on the success of the British GP from Cardiff, the sport probably had new viewers tuning in to watch something similar to Saturday night, yet all they were dished up was a horrendous advert for British League speedway, the sport can either learn from this and take measurers to prevent the same mistakes or it can be swept under the carpet similar to other meetings, from every negative comes a positive and if this sport has any real future in this Country then have an enquiry, include owners, promoters, track men, riders, referee's, BT and learn from the mistakes and come up with a agreed plan so that going forward meetings like last night are minimalised at the very least...after all for this sport to thrive everyone needs to be working together. I also don't get the outbursts by Batchelor and Morris, both have form for being outspoken, instead of wasting your energy and time on social media etc, why don't they try and be constructive and build a strong SRA, until the vast majority of the riders have a strong voice very little will change. Last night was poor but its a good chance for British speedway to change things and for the better.
  21. the track will be slicker than a Poole track in April and there will be more dust than in the Leicester trophy cabinet
  22. its the team manager where the problem is, maybe he's the one whose gone stale
  23. How ironic, Jason Doyle springs to mind when loyalty is mentioned!
  24. every non Poole fan knows the rules are bullsh7t and that at some time or another than are going to get "pushed/pulled" to the limit. At least with all these changes Golden Head Neil will be smiling on tv again!
