  1. really good to se everyone talking about what sort and how many seats this new stadium will hold, was thinking the very same thing at Milton Keynes and then Reading back in the days.
  2. cant believe Swindon haven't re-signed Batch, he has shown great loyalty and dedication to the Robins, he deserves better than this from Rossiter and co.
  3. Patience!.......ask Reading fans if they have any patience, ask Milton Keynes fans if they have any patience and ask Bristol fans if they have any patience. I agree with you about all will be revealed in fullness of time, trouble is most peoples patience will have run out by then!
  4. for those doubters about a new stadium being built, Alun has spoken. So all is good.
  5. dates met!!!?....put it this way, I think a few dates are behind schedule in Reading and Milton Keynes as well!
  6. anybody can apply for planning permission etc...the biggest hurdle is finding someone to fund the building and completion of the drawings!!...so in lay mens terms, its all a load of bollox until the they start building!
  7. and there in lays the main systematic problem of Rye House, waiting for left overs from the table, isn't it about time we were sitting on the main table and passing on our left overs?
  8. still room for Mr Robins, would make a great spearhead of Doyle and Batchelor. Batchelor is the best option for Swindon, he has a great rapport with the owners, team manager and fans.
  9. I think that Rossitor can get the best out of Batchelor, especially in the new stadium.
  10. Batchelor would be a good solid signing for the Robins, his loyalty deserves to be recognised by the Robins faithful.
  11. so the rumours were true about Robert Lambert, is there anybody steering the ship captain?
  12. racing at the new stadium!!....you have a lot more faith than me then!
  13. some Rye fans wont be happy until they sign the likes of Bob Garrard, Kelvin Mullarkey and co.
  14. Speedway is fekked, the average fan can see it, its just the powers that be cant see it. There is a culture within the sport of living for today and fekk tomorrow.
  15. does any real speedway fan really believe that a new stadium will be built?...because when you look at the history of Reading and Milton Keynes and the promises made for new stadiums by the same people then for me it will not happen. Sorry to pizz on anybodies bonfire and all that!
  16. Lewis Bridger to make a comeback with the Rockets.
  17. I stand corrected, Masters received a fine for $1200, hope he enjoyed that one punch for that, not the smartest cookie in the tin. cant think of many times Nicki has been banned from the sport?!!!...
  18. just shows what a sad state of affairs the GPs are in when a old crusty wins it. The prestige that was attached to being speedway world champion has long gone.
  19. a success?!...the costs for logistics etc etc would be far higher than the "average" GP, put it this way Im glad its not money! Masters wont get in the GP series as long as his ass points downwards!
  20. Conspiracy theory....Masters did what he did to take away the heat from the poor turn out of the convicts, a mere crowd of 27,000 will only mean one thing when looking at bottom line figures....."why the fekk are we having GPs in Oz"!!
  21. Thing is there's always someone somewhere that is that little bit bigger and harder, Boyce dined out as the speedway hard man for years after punching Gollob, until Boyce met his match one night against his own team mate.
  22. . Because a riders mechanics/pit dwellers are under the control of the rider, trust me both riders will be fined.
