  1. so the biggest problem in speedway today is the TR rule?!
  2. Rye House for a home team were gash, Ed Kennett was professional and a trier but the rest?..looked like a team that wasn't motivated or couldn't give a damn. No disrespect to Morris but Rye's riders should of been beating him on their home track, another year and another shambles. The team was pish poor before the season started, all that has happened is what the vast majority of non rose tinted glassed Rye fans thought would happen!
  3. Rossiter is a drama queen and loves the attention he receives, when things are going well he is the jovial village idiot, when things are going bad he is the Danny La Rue of British speedway!..
  4. and you wonder why promoters and tracks are struggling?...last night was a common meeting for speedway, if the converted think it was a good meeting then there in lies the problem with speedway as we know it....todays speedway is not going to survive the test of time, it is boring, it is outdated, take a look at the entertainment on the track, its poor, take a look at the facilities, in general its poor. Go to the likes of Pboro, standing on the back straight with no cover and on grass, go to Rye House, if you don't wreck your car in the car park you are lucky etc. The average cost for speedway is shall we say £15, that works out at a £1 per minute of entertainment, yet if you take a look at most if not all updates it takes the track time to settle for some racing, that not acceptable... . Its about time the promoters, riders and hard core fans of speedway realised that the sport is just about fekked, ask the promoters at the likes of Scunthorpe, Berwick etc what they think, do you think if they were making money they would be in the situation they are? There's no straight forward answer but the sport needs to make the action entertaining, if you don't have a good product then you have no chance of selling the product.
  5. Im guessing you don't understand the mentality of a speedway rider then!....you only have to look at some of the riders and where they are staying and then look at the home team they ride for! They chase the money and why not.
  6. The meeting was shyte, no sorry what I meant to say was it was complete and utter shyte. If speedway fans think that was a okay meeting with no or little entertainment for nigh on 75% of the meeting then god help the sport...any newbie would of switched over by race three or four.
  7. and you really think that the Rockets promotion would be anywhere near the same sort of money that makes it worthwhile for Doyle?
  8. Lambert is nailed on to ride in Poland next season so that rules out a Saturday night track......
  9. here's a question!...is NP the biggest crowd puller in speedway right now?..genuine question!
  10. lets be honest NP isn't part of the speedway riders clique that is becoming oh so apparent in the sport.
  11. Brady Kurtz looked way out of control at times.
  12. I have no need or the inclination to learn English, over the years I have learnt right from wrong.....also the main reason you struggled to find an answer translating Billy Big Bollocks is that you missed the big out of it. You must really try harder if you wish to try and belittle people.
  13. wow there really are some billy big bolloks on here!.....so does anybody know if Colin Hills "money" is still intact and available for the resurrection of Exeter speedway or has it been used elsewhere?...and if so where.....for the billy bolloks on here I wont sue or prosecute you for the details in the answer!
  14. The sport is doomed if it carries on the same plain it is currently on and has been on for many years.....perhaps when a certain Formula One guru allegedly showed an interest in the sport but was sadly neglected things could of been oh so different maybe?...the biggest problem the sport has is that the vast majority of teams don't own the stadium so they lose out on food and beverage takings and also have to have race nights to fall around other more lucrative events in the same stadium.
  15. people should realise that the very same people have promised stadiums in Bristol, Reading and Milton Keynes....and we all know how far they have been built to date!
  16. people really think that a new stadium will be built?!...delusions of the peasants!
  17. lets be honest those with half a speedway brain predicted before the season started that this team would struggle, major changes were needed but the changes that were made were imo for the poorer of the team.
  18. lets see what the turn out is before such sensational comments, or are you king of the drama queens, Rossiter!
  19. I'm hoping for a Poole win for the simple reason is that Rossiter will go into meltdown, selfish and possibly childish but hey ho.
  20. jesus Christ, I asked a genuine question. err because Im a Bomber fan, whats the big problem with me asking a question about one of my favourite riders?
  21. I was the original poster and in no way was this meant to be a pop, far from it.
  22. there was a rumour going around Cardiff relating to this and that he was also offered a considerable amount of money as well to ride it, but we all know how wrong rumours can be. Hope he gets things sorted and is back on the pace again real soon.
  23. Im a bit of a Bomber fan but why was he so poor and slow on Saturday at Cardiff?
