Following advice from anders before my mate and i have decided on the griparna v ornanra meeting on 28th August. Will fly into skavsta airport. How do we then get to the track? Any cheap hotels, hostels in Nykoping?How much to get into meetings in Sweden? Any mroe advice really appreciated davidba

I'm thinking of going to Wroclaw for a league match in August/Sept so would like details on the following from anyone who's done it before. How far from airport to town?Good cheap accomadation?How far from city centre to stadium?Any need to book ticket for meeting? Plus what other polish teams are easy to go and see, ie airport nearby and stadium in or near to town(Flying from London). Cheers

Can you tell me what bus gets you to Laverneck point?Is the camping free?On their website it says nowt about money only showing your grand prix ticket? Will get to cardiff about 1pm leg it up to the campsite set up and go straight back into town for the souvenir fayre before the main event, cant wait.What time is last bus to camp site ,or is it best to get taxi that way? Just found a space at the Roman Lodge Hotel in cardiff(Or 2.6 miles outside) for that night. Anyone know it, i,presume it would be easy by taxi? davidba

When i look on 'thetrainline.com it lists just 2 trains from cardiff to newport, one at 10pm which is too early and one at 11.30pm? Are there lots of local trains that are not listed? Anyone know a Newport b/b i can look up, only finding extortinate hotels when i search for availability? Thanks again

Hi Scarsy63, fare is very reasonable but i dont fancy trawling the streets until 10.30 am, so need a sleeping option, is this gonna be possuble anywhere you think? Thanks for the info, will book the coach if i can sort this bit out, and maybe see you all on there.

Just found out that i can go this year but nothing organied at all yet and as i live in London and dont have a car i will get the train as i think both Lakeside and rye house coaches are full already(Happy to be corrected?)>So if this is the case, i know hotels are full already, so what alternatives are there?Is Newport do able, how much for taxi between the 2 if any hotels left there?Any help from Cardiff vets appreciated. Ta

Hi, I'm hoping to convince my wife she wants to holiday in Poland this year adn then go to a few league matches.As i will be flying and have no car, i want to go somewhere where you can get to easily on public transport from a cuty centre? Have heard Wroclaw is easy and the place looks nice, is it? Any other teams near to a city centre i can fly to from UK? Any info greatly appreciated. Cheers davidba

I have been out getting drunk to forget about the lack of speedway today but i have to reply to say there is no digital service yet where i live(and were talking central ish London), if there was i'd gladly pay a few quid extra for sky sports extra/prem plus etc, but dont see why i should be punished for them not connecting up here yet(yes i'v asked all the providers). I understand i'm luvky compared to those who can't afford sky and was just asking nicely if anyone knew where/if this was gonna be replayed as usally happens. By the way what happened?

I have sky sports but can't get sky digital and thus no sky sports extra, so when they have shown the gp's on sky extra before, i have had to watch them later when they repeat on sky sports 2 or 3(which is fine as i go to Rye House on Saturdays), however tonight i can find no listing for the repeat.Anyone else no when it's gonna be shown, surely they aren't gonna be cruel enough to not show the last one? With Rye being rained off already and no cricket too, it's turning into a grim Saturday!
