  1. Should be interesting to see what they do improve by. The same was said about last years team, but not all improved and those that did wasn't by much, speedway can be a strange sport at times. Given an injury free run our 2 starting reserves should put the most on their averages. Most of all though we have Atleast 4 racers to provide some excellent entertainment.
  2. I mainly agree with what you say, but think morten could average 7 if he learns to gate again.
  3. Although we will solid all the way through, along with doolan getting back to his best, we also need morten becoming a proper heat leader by adding 1.5 to his average and for Taylor to improve slightly. I see rohan moving out of reserve after first averages change. Somerset, Berwick, Workington, Redcar and Newport also look very good teams to me.
  4. How many meetings were they guaranteeing on season ticket? I take It, It was 23.
  5. So according to another thread on here, we are the bookies favourites. I wonder if that has anything to do with how well rohan has done in Aus.
  6. Hey shrimpfan that's even better. Believe it or not its for my fathers funeral. Speedway was the biggest love in his life (apart from mum) and he wanted this played. Thank you very much..
  7. Sorry, a bit off topic, but can anyone tell me what the music is when the riders are at the tapes. Thank you
  8. What it does do though is build the lads confidence more and more, which can only be a good thing. And if he starts well, we could see morten or north at reserve during the season.
  9. Seems like people are trying anything to put our riders down, but we know we have a couple of good riders there.
  10. Although beaten by masters in their race, rohan still out scored him. With a full season of league racing to come, it looks like he really does have great potential, although starting a few years behind others.
  11. Well we shall keep our 2 and the bandits their 2, and Todd and Jones ain't exactly bad are they. Heeps is only 16 , so let's not forget that.
  12. The same question should be asked after a month or so.
  13. Just thought I would put our name nearer the top before we fall off the page.
  14. NAH, as soon as tapes go up we should be back to normal.
  15. All I can say is, I really like the look of both Redcar and Somerset.
  16. Let's not all get on,how boring will that be lol
  17. COOL. Let's hope he rides like one next season then. Can only go by what I have seen. Like people always say, its what's done on the track, not on paper.
  18. I don't know.. in 2010 he was at 5 and 1 in 2 008 he was at 3 and 1 and his over 10 was including bonus points. From what I can tell it was only.2009 he was at number 1 all season.
  19. You may well be right. I am sure Chris Louis is just as important in the pits as it proved when he helped Kevin sort his engines out.
  20. Only if riding at number 1 I would have thought. That's what I was more on about, not his average. If he averages around 9 next season then we could be in for a good year. Will he though? I am not to confident from what I saw this season, but I am sure he will up his average
  21. Where has doolan been an out and out number 1? He has always been the 2nd or 3rd heat leader until last season, as far as I am aware.
  22. Wouldn't have morten at 5 on away tracks, very poor on many of them. Matt was prob our best away rider last seasons so should be at 5 Atleast away.
  23. Yes think so. Sure it happend last year aswell. Ipswich have a large fan base, but I don't think many post on here. I guess It also means that we are happy with our team.
