  1. I haven't said we are not doing well, so cut the bull, but there is no harm thinking we could be doing even better. Were Scunthorpe happy with what they had? No. They wanted to be better. I follow my team most places to, so am happy following the team as it is, but excuse me for wanting more.
  2. That's exactly what it's all about, making the right changes. They have changed one rider and now look like champions to me. When we had the chance we done nothing, that was okay while we had cam at reserve, but we all knew that wasn't going to last. Now the rider that should have been changed when we had the chance averaged has dropped even more, making it even harder to make that change if it's needed
  3. Sorry, the heat must have shriveled my very small brain, plus I'm a div
  4. Probably the best guest available, he scored 11 on his last visit, may need a few more than that tonight if we are to win all the points
  5. Not a bad shout there Mr sin, but if one is having a bad day or not fit enough then then one of our reserves will be pretty busy, as for the other, not sure. Maybe this Thursday could be his first win in heat 2
  6. Jorgensen has normally been very good at Ipswich, so night not be as bad as you think, and Ashley may not have been so good, you can never tell, but only surmise.
  7. Oh well. No Barker on Thursday it is then, good luck to him, but I dare say he will be dropped again for next year's world cup. So guests? Who is there? Josh G? Pretty limited on anyone that could score a few points. Worrall? Anyone but that useless donkey Doolan. I think a loss is on the cards now, shame after doing so well away lately.
  8. Surely 2 changes would be made, Barker and king? Hope Barker doesn't get a call though from a selfish Ipswich supporter point of view. We are gonna find this very hard as it is. Could be another home loss here unless all our riders are bang on form. Got to give it to Scunthorpe though, they normally seem to have a very strong team and always make changes to improve their chances of silverware. Personally I would now make them favourites for the title after the change they have just made.
  9. Strange hardly anyone is sitting in the new stand.
  10. Happy racing birthday to Adam lol
  11. Is there any news anywhere about what's now happening Thursday
  12. That will probably be deleted too lol
  13. If all our riders are riding well at the same time, then we should win, but getting them all riding well together often doesn't happen. I still think we could just win if they are not though.
  14. I didn't write it, it was superblue
  15. I can also see this going to the last few heats, maybe the last. They have some riders that go well round our track, and it will take all our riders scoring good points. Maybe position changes may have been made by then, but without sounding negative, I doubt it very much, really want to be proved wrong. Maybe a run off to see who goes through? Or would it have to be re run?
  16. The rider order isn't gonna change, so it don't really matter who thinks who should ride where.
  17. let's hope Ben is okay, and that we have scored enough to help see us through. Could still go either way.
  18. Loads of people think the rider order change may help, but the order is very rarely changed unless forced. Shame really as it could help.
  19. We have definitely lost our trump card with cam at reserve, meetings will be a bit harder from now on. Need to keep this as close as we can.
  20. I have just received a message from a fellow supporter and poster, and he has been suspended for what looks like not a lot of reason at all.
  21. He failed to score on his first visit to Derwent park but on second visit scored 8 with 2 heat wins
  22. Great night for Cameron, but reserves out scored tonight. The withdrawal of dyer certainly helped in the point gained. Seems like Ritchie will only ever score 4 points wherever in the team he rides at, still 4 points is 4 points. We are going to find it harder now with Cameron having less rides. Keeps the points ticking over and keeps us in the top 6 hunt.
  23. I don't remember hearing anyone celebrating, but I may have been to far away. Credit to Workington fans though, a fair few applauded the Ipswich race winners after the races
  24. Well when I spoke to her before the meeting she seemed very pleasant.
