People keep making excuses for why the crowds are down, but they keep going down, there is less people there every week nearly, I don't know why, but I really don't think it's the weather. More likely to be cost or value for money. Apart from season ticket holders, it would be interesting to know how many people actually pay to get in. I would have said even the bank holiday meeting just gone was also lower than in previous seasons.

I thought last week was going to be a stuffing and it wasn't, we struggled against a 3 man team for the majority of the meeting, but surely this week should see us hitting nearly 60. Should be a bumper pay day for cook. And if morten carries on his great from and other riders put who own them first, they should score plenty as well. Expecting a very small crowd, it's getting lower week on week, last week was very poor.

What I've always wondered though is how can an away rider like Doyle be so much faster than our own riders on our own track, whatever gearing, timing and jetting he uses must be spot on, or is it literally that he spends more money on his engines or tuner? The speed he has down the straights is so much quicker. It can't all be down to letting the bike run through the turns and making longer straights.

I must admit, Doyle is very fast into the turns and the way he took lanham was like he was standing still. Another great night for morten, now just needs to keep this up and he will have an excellent season. It's amazing what a bit of confidence and a new engine can do, only gripe, he sometimes needs to move off the line to pass riders, can't always do it on inside. Barker really doesn't know anything apart from try to blast around fence, never gonna work in heat one, maybe someone should try telling him this? I'm also amazed that rohan can score 10 for Poole, but then doesn't look so committed for us, I'm not saying he isn't, but just doesn't look like it, still has a very untidy and wobbly style, and another that always seems to pick the safe line as jackal says.

What else can I say, Doyle you are the man.

Both Davies and Newman can be hit or miss at our track and if it's miss, then you will be in for a massive pasting. If it's hit then you will only lose by 14. Josh never does that we'll either.

Always a pleasure watching Doyle at Ipswich, the best rider round our track by far.

very nice thing to do, I just think most thought he may have been back in Finland. Maybe the plan could be to bring him back at reserve when cam overtakes him in the averages, whenever that would be.

What he has learned is how to gate which is really improving his racing, maybe he is using different clutches, I don't know but it's vastly improved.

Poor lad, I remember driving all they from Dover to zielona gora once with no clutch, wasn't easy. Well apart from being on the boat that is.

don't know where I said my track was better than yours, you must be imagining things. I do know that getting out in front and not making mistakes will normally get you a win. If your team make 38 passes though, then you deserve to win.

I fancy us getting a point if meeting goes ahead. Make the gate and don't make a mistake and no one can pass

All this debate about track or quality of racing, I was interested to know how the away support has been now that most away supporters that follow their team away have already visited. Is it any worse?

I think Barker could probably do with a new pair too after just missing him, or that's how it looked from where I sit anyway.

He could get the pants industrially cleaned instead of buying a new pair

I must admit I'm certainly not a great fan of morten, more his riding really, but today he was the difference in taking all 3 points. Heat 10 was awesome with Barker going from last to first, but let's not forget Ritchie turning a 5 1 against into a 4 2 to us.

Should be a great meeting and we'll done for lowering prices, something we have never done at my club.
