I did say Newcastle are the strongest team and it's just been proved. You just don't know what our riders will score before the meeting apart from Ritchie, always 4 or 5.
This match really will show us if we are serious title contenders or not. Newcastle to me look like the strongest team in the league at the moment, we must beat them over 2 legs to win the league if we get that far, so this will see if we could or not, and this is with an inform morten and cam on our side
Richard was very good tonight, but he certainly knew when the tapes were going up on more than one occasion, but since he was racing for Britain tonight who cares. He certainly wasn't the only one, doesn't that silly women ever call the starts back?
So what are lions fans going to do now? Shut up and put up, or stop going which may end in the club closing. A tough decision for fans who have been waiting so long to see speedway return to their town.
Well those who think it's cheap or should be more pay more then, as you obviously think it's worth more. Personally I don't think it's worth more, or even the same. Like I said will find out Thursday by the size of the crowd, if I'm wrong then the crowd should be bigger than normal since its good value.
Personally I think I prefer the premier league, I find the racing to be much closer and sometimes far more exciting. I would rather pay premier prices though, at the moment I think the prices are a bit to high. I would rather watch someone like Adam learning his trade instead of some not very good foreigner which most elite teams are full of.
Well let's hope it's Sheffield then as it's the closest for me to visit, but hasn't been the best of tracks for us recently, but with Ben in the team you never know
Let's be honest, the times ain't that much slower either. I think in the main the racing is just as good if not better. There is certainly more effort shown by most of the riders.
So basically we are saying the reason crowd levels seem to be constantly dropping is because we don't offer good value for money? For me personally a visit every week to foxhall costs me around 35 pound, I would even go if it was 40 but it's certainly not a cheap night out. The other night I went to Romford dogs, had a sit down meal in air conditioned restaurant and watch the dogs all night for less.
