  1. If we have our full 7 riders I shall predict a 16-20 point win, but without morten I shall predict a 8-12 point win.
  2. I can't see anything on twitter or Facebook where anyone has mentioned changes. Maybe Chris is getting paranoid. At least we know he isn't going to make changes, let's hope we start winning, otherwise crowds will certainly take a hit. Thursday is a good time to start.
  3. Well if it's another 3 losses, then that really would put a massive dent in our play off position hopes. I have a feeling though that Adam will be the difference in us winning Thursday as opposed to our previous meeting with the panthers.
  4. No one knows if changes would make a difference. That's the risk that's taken, along with the risk of leaving the team the same and hoping the crowds don't drop off too much. I think if I was looking to make a change to our team, it would be to replace cameron at this point in time or both Cameron and rohan. Probably just Cameron though. A 6.5 rider scoring his average has got to be an improvement on a 6.5 rider currently averaging 4, but that's just me. Maybe in another couple of meetings we can see if changes are definitely needed. Peterborough again Thursday, maybe we will fare better this time with Adam in the team, or at least we should do.
  5. I think you just hit the nail bang on the head. Whilst there are the enough fans coming through the turnstile, changes are very unlikely. Well done to those that are ambitious, but I guess being ambitious takes more out of the profits. For me though I want my team to win or at least do what they can to win. I must also add, that the one rider I wouldn't change at the moment is morten, which is not a view I normally hold.
  6. I don't suppose it really matters what average any rider comes in on, let's face it, changes won't be made unless we lose the next 6 odd matches, or until it would be too late. Seen it far to often.
  7. I can see a few other so called elite league stars dropping down in the future also.
  8. This is where speedway and Ipswich do my head in. Newcastle have made changes because they think they can improve, but they drew with us on our own track with only 5 of their riders, but we will just struggle on and probably take some more beatings. So if Newcastle were a weak team, what does that make us?
  9. So being realistic, just how good or bad is our team? It seems that without Adam we really will struggle to win at home, let alone get anything on the road this season. Gino is also far better at home than away so far, which also isn't going to help on our travels. Will be interesting to see he fares on his return to the away tracks.
  10. God, if we were more prepared this time and still couldn't win against a 5 man team and against only 1 rider in a couple of races, then we really are in trouble this season.
  11. Definition of Blue groove? Where i come from its a racing line that's slick and covered in covered in tyre rubber, which would make yesterday's inside line a blue groove also, but just not quite as bad as good Fridays. 12. not really, just Chris saying what he thought, which was we should have done better, and then the riders saying how their day went. Like superblue I would also have liked to ask a question or two, but that's probably why there wasn't any.
  13. As for the fans forum, wouldn't it be a lot better if we could actually ask questions of the riders and promoter?
  14. It's not good is it, more threats from Louis maybe?can't even beat a 5 man team on our own track
  15. I'm sure there was a good one against lakeside once in blistering sunshine.
  16. I think the only difference between this meeting and the good Friday meeting will be the track. This time it will be over watered before the meeting and the first 3 or 4 races will be very slippery. Apart from that it will still be more or less non existent racing, an away win, and people going home disappointed. The only reason there is a meeting on bank holidays is so that the promoters can make some money to cover other meetings when the crowd is smaller and they probably don't make any money. I fear another loss and after that the crowds dropping even more, and let's be honest, they haven't been great on a Thursday so far this season.
  17. She supports Workington, not Ipswich, so maybe her house is in reasonable order
  18. Well there you go. Surely our riders know they have to be out in the dirt. We never do very well at tracks where you need to be in the dirt. We will get more stuffings at Sheffield and Berwick too
  19. We need a few racers in our team, some struggle to pass water, and must be on the wrong part of the track to be passed that often.
  20. It may only be the second meeting, but it's clear that certain riders are seriously out of form and others are not living up to expectations.
  21. I would imagine rr may do better than morten would have, it's not a track he has ever scored that great on, and the last time we used Chris, he scored 8, so you never know
  22. She is a great singer, I've got a few albums, she is hot as hell, need i say more
  23. Well avril could definitely come and beat me any time she likes
