  1. Should be a comfortable win, but they do have a couple of riders that go well at Ipswich, along with a couple like summers that doesn't.
  2. So come on witches fans, what's up with rohan? Over rated? Slow bikes? Best bikes somewhere else? Or just a gater that's struggling to do that.
  3. At least cameron was showing signs of improvement, so let's hope he isn't to badly injured. As for rohan, he definitely has issues with something. Maybe he is what he is, a 6 to 7 point rider, because he certainly isn't improving on last season, in fact his average is dropping.someone posted that out of his 40 races this season, he has only won 9 and only one race win on an away track. Still on the plus side, Adam is improving, gino is learning quick and morten is being far more consistent
  4. Gonna drink plenty of vodka and cider to drown my sorrows before we start getting beat. There is one positive though, at least Doolan is there number one and not ours
  5. Omg, don't mention changes, Louis will not like it. In fact he won't do anything. Everyone said give him time to see if any different from his dad, but no difference, won't make changes to try and improve the team.
  6. So what's going on with rohan this season then? I think he put a kiss of death on his season when he said he wanted to challenge for the number one jacket. A lot of money was spent on his equipment for this season. Or has he found his level already? I guess by Hawkins score is maybe why he doesn't normally bother going to Edinburgh. Oh well, the monarchs are a very good team anyway, so no surprise we lost. On to tomorrow for more disappointment maybe.
  7. Well seven 5-1 in the first 8 races, well at least we have won a few races so far, my bad. After a good start its all gone Pete Tong now though. What's the problem with rohan on away tracks this season?
  8. I don't see Ipswich even getting slightly close. Maybe another away meeting where we don't win a single race. I'm certainly not fooled by last night's performance against a terrible panthers team effort.
  9. I think niks means nothing? So maybe he means he won't be getting to Ipswich tonight
  10. Edinburgh to win by 40. The operation Cameron had on his wrist was to take away the nerves or nerve, so he doesn't feel pain in his wrist, so I'm guessing it's just bad form. Last season he gated well so got plenty of race wins, this season he is gating like a junior.
  11. If we have our full 7 riders I shall predict a 16-20 point win, but without morten I shall predict a 8-12 point win.
  12. I can't see anything on twitter or Facebook where anyone has mentioned changes. Maybe Chris is getting paranoid. At least we know he isn't going to make changes, let's hope we start winning, otherwise crowds will certainly take a hit. Thursday is a good time to start.
  13. Well if it's another 3 losses, then that really would put a massive dent in our play off position hopes. I have a feeling though that Adam will be the difference in us winning Thursday as opposed to our previous meeting with the panthers.
  14. No one knows if changes would make a difference. That's the risk that's taken, along with the risk of leaving the team the same and hoping the crowds don't drop off too much. I think if I was looking to make a change to our team, it would be to replace cameron at this point in time or both Cameron and rohan. Probably just Cameron though. A 6.5 rider scoring his average has got to be an improvement on a 6.5 rider currently averaging 4, but that's just me. Maybe in another couple of meetings we can see if changes are definitely needed. Peterborough again Thursday, maybe we will fare better this time with Adam in the team, or at least we should do.
  15. I think you just hit the nail bang on the head. Whilst there are the enough fans coming through the turnstile, changes are very unlikely. Well done to those that are ambitious, but I guess being ambitious takes more out of the profits. For me though I want my team to win or at least do what they can to win. I must also add, that the one rider I wouldn't change at the moment is morten, which is not a view I normally hold.
  16. I don't suppose it really matters what average any rider comes in on, let's face it, changes won't be made unless we lose the next 6 odd matches, or until it would be too late. Seen it far to often.
  17. I can see a few other so called elite league stars dropping down in the future also.
  18. This is where speedway and Ipswich do my head in. Newcastle have made changes because they think they can improve, but they drew with us on our own track with only 5 of their riders, but we will just struggle on and probably take some more beatings. So if Newcastle were a weak team, what does that make us?
  19. So being realistic, just how good or bad is our team? It seems that without Adam we really will struggle to win at home, let alone get anything on the road this season. Gino is also far better at home than away so far, which also isn't going to help on our travels. Will be interesting to see he fares on his return to the away tracks.
  20. God, if we were more prepared this time and still couldn't win against a 5 man team and against only 1 rider in a couple of races, then we really are in trouble this season.
  21. Definition of Blue groove? Where i come from its a racing line that's slick and covered in covered in tyre rubber, which would make yesterday's inside line a blue groove also, but just not quite as bad as good Fridays.
