Steve Worrall had such a jump in average, it would be hard to follow. Let's hope he manages to get a team place this year and doesn't miss out after improving so much.
Yeah Ipswich would be mad. We all know Worrall is better than this year and we all know he has plenty of improvement left in him. Who is to say heeps is going to improve? But what i do know is, is the best chance you have of finishing near the top of the league is having plenty of riders that have plenty of improvement left in them.
But what if he puts the 1.5 back on? We all know morten won't add that or rohan or Ritchie, so Worrall would be exactly the type of rider you need in a team.
Personally I think Wells is a faster rider than tungate with better bike skills, but his average would suggest otherwise. Although having Ipswich as Wells home track he could easily push his average higher than tungate
I don't want to see either tungate or risager next season, apart from with their visiting team.
Thank god for that, didn't fancy that team much
Swap Wells for jorg and you could nearly be there, would also leave a little extra to try and improve on greenwood then it could easily be a league and cup winning team
Also I don't think tungate has helped himself by saying he was turning up at meetings and couldn't be bothered.
Does anyone think risager will be left out?
So masters bonus points is less than a point, so obviously he just clears off then, and he probably picked up plenty of them finishing behind cook in heats 13 and 15. Again I shall repeat, I would take masters over tungate, but not king. In fact I would take masters over every other number 1 apart from king and cook and stead.
Well I wouldn't rate tungate as a number 1, so why would I rate masters as one? Having said that, I would take masters over tungate any day of the week, and averages with bonus points means nothing to anything, apart from his wages.
But cooks went down
Who knows where they will end up though. I would be extremely happy with king Worrall and Wells. In fact I will be extremely disappointed if they are not our top 3
Well it probably also depends on what elite club he races for and what night they race on and how many date clashes.
On a different note, wasn't there a rule once before about riders only being able to double up for 2 or 3 seasons, but it was scrapped as not enough riders around.
