Ipswich Vs Scunthorpe March 17th 7.30pm

I thought paco was going to struggle with a grippy track, but maybe it's the slick he will struggle with or maybe both. I did notice that once he makes his start he completely shuts off and loses 5 metres straigt away. Having said that he done so much better than I thought he would. I knew he would get a full house of zeros but thought he would be half a lap behind not a quarter. Gutted for morten, I think he will be brilliant at number 4. -

So what was the new entertainment? Very very very very slick track. Well done scunthorpe. I won't give my opinions on all the riders, but I will pick out morten and Daryl for doing good. -

Just come and sit with us, if you don't like us you can leave. We are of mixed ages so we are pretty easy to get on with like most speedway supporters. If you like chatting rubbish then it will be fine. Back straight stand last set of steps and you will spot us. -

I go on the 14 but don't have a clue which junction it is. I just get off at the lowestoft one. -
I'll have a cheese burger with onions please, and don't skimp on the relish.
-
I had loads of clothing on on Saturday night but it stil wasn't enough. I always seem to forget just how cold it gets

Is that a 5-1 with morten in heat 3? -
That's not me, I always stay to the end however bad it's going. No I sit about about 7 or 8 rows back, there is normally a little group of us all on our own lol
-
It's not as bad as I'm making out but the corners do look a bit gloomy from where I sit, but maybe again it's because I sit further away from the track than I ever have done. And yes the speakers are poor if non existent where I sit. Having said that, at King's Lynn on Saturday, couldn't hear much there either. I sit in the back straight stand exactly in line with the start. Literally the last row of seats in that stand.

Where do you sit/stand?

Is there a new track man that knows how to prepare a good racing track?
-
It's gonna be bad every year until they are upgraded. Shame we ain't also sponsored by bright new lights r us. Maybe everyone should shine their phone lights at the track.
-
I think I've said it already but I also like the yellow suits and the greenish colour ones, it's just a shame that they are not all one of those. Obviously it would look far more professional to. Some teams don't have any type of matching suits so I guess it doesn't matter that much. Hopefully our riders will be easier to spot under the dull lighting.
-
I think Chris thinks people are unhappy with the colour of suits, but it's not the case, it's just that the colours don't match on everyone's. There is also a bit on the teams Facebook page where our new sponsor is also wondering why people are moaning about the suits.
-
It is a bit strange that we have brightened the race suits but got a darker air fence. They should have gone for a green and yellow one.

Good good, nice and ready for Thursday. Not long now.

Are they having another practice today?

Hynek Stichaur or however it's spelled? So does that make workington better or weaker?

We know our top 4 is good and our number 2 looks pretty good to, so it's down to the reserves how big or small our win will be. -
Started well for king but didn't end so good. Maybe engines not suited to slick?
-
Danny had bike problems in his first race and maybe didn't have a spare? It was a good 8 races later before he was out again and it was so slick by then. He did have a great battle with bomber in another race. He didn't ride bad just wasn't his type of track prep. See bomber. As for cook, he was in a class of his own. He did say he had a brand new engine that was so fast is was scaring him. On a different note, Kai Huckenbeck was good if we happen to need to make any changes.

No racing for 9 days isn't it?
