Nothing against the bloke personally as I don't know him,,, but his voice is just not what's needed for a presenter of an exciting sport. It's not his fault as that's his voice,,, but it's like you say, monotone,, perfect for sleep stories -

Was already starting to get a blue groove after heat 4,,which was a shame,, the wind defo played its part,, but when you start with a slick bald track, it's only gonna get worse very quickly. Hopefully once the weather is more consistent they can build the dirt up a bit -

It was pretty dry in heat one,, so was already onto a loser with the track, and from what I saw was only watered once during the meeting, although there was a lot of chatting with friends during breaks, so you may be right. -

Well I hope the new owners invest in a bit of dirt, blue grove coming out the corners is not good, first few races okay,, but track let to dry out too fast, I hope they learn from that -

Wow, only a few hundred black caps as the Witches ones are black 😝 -
I see Ipswich at their own expense has put rider insurance in place, it's been a good start to the new ownership what with the streaming aswell. Be interesting if they do anything different during a meeting to keep the fans involved. .

Oh no,,,, does that mean I will be sitting on my own -
I think the number 1 could swap a couple of time during the season
-
Be interesting to see how Brennan does with the number 1 jacket for Belle Vue today
-
I can only think they haven't heard him. Now if it was for bed time stories or hypnosis, I could fully understand. Arrrh maybe that's it, they are going to hypnotis everyone into thinking it's the best thing they have ever seen

Not sure the size of track makes for good racing,, it's the room on entry and exits of the corners that make for good or bad racing.

Maybe they could get Foz on the nitro and Helium,, would make it a bit more interesting
-
Maybe their logo could be of a few disgarded canisters, or some teenagers laughing. Personally I think it's a terrible nickname for a speedway team
-
FFS,, that's me put off already. He is totally the opposite of what's needed at a speedway meeting. Awful decision As for 25 quid,, wow,, they really are pushing the limits of what people are prepared to pay surely. Good luck to Northampton trying to attract new fans to watch on an untested track at that price

What about Northampton?

Does anyone know the capacity of the stadium? I shall definitely be giving it a visit at least once. -
It's one of those teams that everyone has to be on it for it to win, and as we know from past experiences,, that doesn't happen as often as would like.. I see it winning 75 percent of home meetings and zero away, which to me means 5th, poss 4th at a push. Sorry for being negative towards this team, but that's just the way I see it What interests me the most is if there is going to be a new track man,, and how they prepare the track
-
So whats Bangs average? 4 or 4.5
-
Very near or bottom of top 5, but changes could be made later in season, but that team definitely won't be in the play offs
-
Top 5 material

Certainly not the most inspiring team on paper, but I guess that was to be expected. Let's hope they they don't start with s few loses on the trot,, otherwise the safe hands Chris is leaving the team, might not look so safe when the crowd numbers drop off
