  1. ...and Kemp, the subject of the original question, is neither.
  2. The new minimum is a real average of 3 (>=4.5 CL converted) not assessed.
  3. The only way to stop riders doubling up is to stop riders doubling up. Coming up with indirect rules that you hope will stop it is never going to work in the devious, murky world of team building.
  4. Workington have signed BWD assuming he is on his full 6 point average with no reduction. Although the AGM PR said all ex-NL riders qualify it's been suggested that it only applies to those that meet the current British passport and ACU licence requirement. BWD qualified by patriality in 2015 which is why he was assessed at 5 rather than 3 and that situation no longer applies.
  5. Guest for any of the top 3 then as you say.
  6. From the make up of the shortlists it looks like the King's Lynn nomination was for its stock car presence. With Mount Panorama on the list it's hard to believe that any other track got a look in but it only came 8th of 10. The only speedway relevance I could see was Drew Kemp in the Young Rider category who was 10th.
  7. King & Howarth get the reduction as does Harris for Somerset. Latest info is that it's only British riders with NL & CL experience, so basically everyone except Scott Nicholls.
  8. Those are without the 2.5% reduction for British riders.
  9. The final averages are out @ http://www.speedwaygb.co.uk/request.php?430 and they've quite helpfully listed the 3 pointers as 3 pointers...
  10. The full file path is http://www.speedwaygb.co.uk/request.php?430
