A meeting at Lublin in Poland TOMORROW postponed because they can not prepare the track!!!!!

What riders have been brought in this year that, under the old agreement of only riding in 2 leagues can this year, ride in 3?

Morris's average is true & based on his last league meetings in 2022(not including play offs or KOC) & will increase/decrease based on these 10 plus any additional league meetings in 2023 up to the rolling max of 20 meetings so do not expect any riders average to change until probably 1st June.

Just posting about what I have read before & riders quotes. Belle Vue & Peterborough rip up/machine rake starts & as a poster has said on here, so do Leicester. By the way, I have never been to Poole but watch clips from the British Speedway site & Youtube.

So why do riders go on air or put in to press that they were chasing set ups all night, even GP riders!!

These last few years, they have filled in the holes & smoothed/levelled the track to give better racing but now doctor/rough up the starts to make gating the most important part of set ups.

I think the rules have changed(WHAT? AGAIN?) these last few years & I expected Birmingham to have no facility only a guest up to 75% of Wrights average but then I remembered reading somewhere that if you have an initial declaration of the team & a rider is injured before he races for his team, you are allowed a guest. If you re-declare in similar circumstances then you are not allowed a guest. This seems to have been applied at Wolves with Becker's injury & bringing in Nicholls as a guest then re-declaring, then finding out Nicholls would have missed a couple, hence going back to their original 7 & using guests.

Going by last years result & previous years away performances, this is a meeting I am looking forward to as Birmingham have not raced yet & it will test us with the riders we put together this year(almost) to see how we perform & pick up points on the road. It has not been a good week for our riders performing in the Premiership but this is a lower level. Hope it is good racing & riders stay safe.

Based on weather forecast of which I posted about on Monday which seems to have improved but with the rain still forecast late afternoon & through the evening.

Spare weeks every month, do away with BSN series, race until mid September then 6 weeks for top 4 play offs.

Lewi has held a grudge for over 2 years according to the story & what Lewi said in the SS after he did not perform for Redcar T Edinburgh but 24 hours later put in an almost faultless performance for Peterborough.

This meeting, if it goes ahead, should only comprise the riders who rode for their teams last year, where possible.

Weather forecast needs to change. Was also surprised when fixtures came out to have an early league fixture but noticed that meetings are balanced every month on Fridays with 2 at home, 1 away & a free week.

I thought that at the time of his accident & although he did well in meetings, I am sure I have read that he(Declan) rides for fun & has got a good job. There is also the fact, as Rob has said about obtaining visa's & setting up for a rider as the visa situation is normally started end of the year but Declan could use Zaine's set up over here. If there is a rider out there then you have to be looking at a young European who has not raced in the better Euro Leagues.

When I read the Regulations the other week, I was looking for something on no8's as something I saw but thought it only applied in the NDL but it applies in all 3 leagues. From what I gather, if you are missing a rider you can now have an AR(Additional Rider) (old no8's)who can take any of the other riders rides up to a maximum of 7. Before, a no8 could only take r/r rides. There are stipulations of the level of rider chosen for each league. (In Prem a rider up to a Champ CMA of 4, in Champ a rider up to an NDL CMA of 3, if memory serves me right)

Leicester & Ipswich will know the rules because of A Rowe withholding his services last year.
