people are stating/pointing out the rules/law .. correctly so - however,you DO NOT know what has been discussed between the BSPA/VISA dept/SHEFFIELD promotion which leads there to be this 'misunderstanding' you are simply assuming that the promotion and ty himself have been a bit thick based on what is in the public domain
