Adder and 21stCH have summed it up pretty well; I don't think that I've ever been less inspired by the GP series than I am at the moment. Millard and Olsen simply destroy every meeting with their incompetence.

Totally agree, micman. Leszno usually serves up a real treat, but it took one bend of Heat 1 to realise that we would all be disappointed by tonight's fare. Why oh why does Olsen not prefer tracks conducive to racing?

An incredible performance from Sajfutdinov that finally brought a meeting to life that had been all but ruined by the usual Olsen/Millard combination. Why on earth would Kennettt be an automatic choice? I'd go for the 2 GP riders and the top rated British rider in Europe to start with, add in the best prospect for the future and worry about the last place dependant on track conditions and opponents: Nicholls Harris Richardson Woffinden 1 from Stead, Kennett, Bridger.

I don't even consider F1 to be a sport. As far as I'm concerned Lewis Hamilton is just a glorified computer operator. As for speedway, I'd definitely be in favour of a return to the one-off World Final however, principally for the excitement factor, but also because it would definitely benefit our domestic competitions.

I'd imagine that an appearance by Mrs Snail at The Showground would be similar odds to seeing either Lord Lucan or Elvis Presley! There's half a chance that I might make it. If you're over for a while then I'm sure a lemonade could be arranged at some point either way.

I was in the bottom tier bend 2 when Bomber won and the viewing was excellent. We were in about row 20 but as they don't use the first dozen or so you feel really close to the action. As has been mentioned before, there isn't really a bad seat in the house.

Ok cheers. Someone mentioned to me in the pub that we weren't seeded this year. It's quite a shame really, as the likes of Italy, Germany and Russia are about our level. Australia, Poland, GB and a Qualifier should be a cracker.

I thought that we had to qualify this year?
