Probably - but the stadium will not be a patch on the NSS - it will be significantly smaller
-
Oh I bet you were waiting to respond on that. You were lucky - your logic was fundamentally flawed.
-
I disagree - I enjoyed watching him at Swindon. He was a bit inconsistent but that's what you expect from a youngster. I was sad to see him go actually.
-
Unearthed gems such as Kacper? I am pretty sure he started off at Peterborough and then Swindon so hardly unearthed!

But the Roobins don't do well in the wet -
Lakeside V Swindon 16 Sept 2016

Lakeside (or the weather) have to be favourites as it hasn't been a good venue for Swindon results. If it goes ahead, I would be very surprised if Swindon left with at least a point. The chance they had of the point was at BV and that didn't happen -

Got "The rain song", "Singin in the rain", "Falling rain blues", "Rainmaker", "Blue eyes crying in the rain", "Rainy night in Purfleet" on a continuous cycle now until Friday evening -
Need to do a rain dance for Friday now

What are you wittering on about now? You don't know me so how can you assume that he has had more problems in his life than me? Also I wasn't talking about problems! Unbelievable!
-
Have we to rearrange the words?
-
Now that's a scenario I hadn't thought of. Assuming Swindon don't get a point at BV and the meeting at Lakeside is rained off, does that mean that Swindon progress (as they have the points on the board so to speak) or will it be the daft toss a coin, pick from hat, make it up as we go along scenario? In that case, the rain might be quite timely - for Swindon fans
-
Yes - and I was referring to you
-
I made the same point several months ago
-
We would be weak elsewhere though
-
Were they Swedish or Polish or another nationality? TBF It was the play-offs on Sweden so that has to come first - Wolves/Cov was a meaningless fixture since Wolves were confirmed in the playoffs and Coventry confirmed out of them. Edit - Queue the troll banging on about the league vs playoffs again! You seem to have a problem with KK - who has actually given a lot to the EL over the years. Ok you don't like him and rate Lindgren higher that's fine but he has put in a great season for the Bees (better than anyone expected) and better than Lindgren in the EL so probably best relax now.

Don't feed the cup troll
-
I'm hoping for a 6 point defeat as the worse case scenario because I can't see us picking up anything at Lakeside.

Belle Vue V Poole Elb 12/09/16 Sky Meeting
Steve0 replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I didn't see his post but I would like to say that Clare Balding is one of the best sports presenters on the box. She has a warmth about her , is knowledgeable about sports in general and does a terrific job in presentation. Well done to her - I wish she was on more often -
I'm sure if Poole don't want Holder then he won't be short of offers from other clubs - assuming he wants to ride EL on 2017. He looked pretty handy at both BV and KL!

Do you want a medal or a trophy then? -
He is Polish and if his Polish club said that they wanted him there then that's where he should be.
-
The last swap deal wasn't the best bit of business by Matt Ford - Doyley for Magic and look where they both are now - Doyle 2nd in the world currently and committed to the EL and Magic - well he is in the SGPs for now!

Congratulations Belle Vue - League Champions
Steve0 replied to TheReturn's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Same thread appears every year but at the start of the year every team knows that they are riding to make the playoffs and then it's winner takes all. Yes it would be good if we had league champions and then playoff winners but that's not how it is True - he could support Poole -
