  1. Yes but we all know that SS likes to tag Poole as the underdogs and then big them up if they win! Having said that, Poole are on an extended downturn at the moment and Wolves should win
  2. And Swindon will take the 4 points if it can't be rearranged for before the cutoff!
  3. Well don't start your post with "travelled all the way to Somerset" as it tends to cloud your point!
  4. Where's he living this year? Last year he stayed with some of the Roobins in Swindon. If still there - not very far to Somerset.
  5. Don't know why you put in-form in quotes - because they are the in-form team - last 10 meetings - WWWWWWWWWW.
  6. Wow - was close there for a while but 10 in a row and top of the league. Not bad for an unfancied team at the start of the season!
  7. That's a shame - having to release your current best rider. Worrall has done an excellent job and hopefully Brady isn't coming back too early from his injury as Poole need him to be scoring big points.
  8. Wow - 9 in a row - who'd have thought? Hope Doyley is OK
  9. This whole episode has been handled badly by everyone - riders and promoter - and I think it's very sad that neither Noddy or Batch can ride again this season. If a promoter chooses to sack a rider then so be it but to do so when they can't sign anywhere else is a very poor reflection on the promoter and British speedway. I do hope we see them both back next year - obviously not riding for KL. I also now do not want KL to get in to the playoffs - which is highly likely given the changes they have made. A sad day for British speedway!!
  10. Really? I would never have guessed that!
  11. That's Poole fans for you! Now all moaning on why they didn't keep KK with his new low average
  12. That's bad news about Zach - hope Swindon can find someone decent on 3.12 average
  13. Yes - one rider has made all the difference
  14. Only one change though from the starting 1-7
  15. Looks like Matt Ford isn't the only Poole man having a meltdown SS!, you can give it plenty but you can't take it - it's called banter! Here's a constructive comment just for you - your team are sh!te but at least you won't get the wooden spoon!
  16. What a great run Swindon are on. Second in the table (ahead of current champions Wolves). Not bad for a team written off at the start of the year. I guess very few people saw the potential in this side and thought Rosco was mad - especially signing Bellego who has been a revelation. This run of form will end sometime but for now Swindon certainly are the team to beat. I still remember at the start of the season certain Poole fans bigging up their team and that Swindon had no chance against them and in the league. The pirate ship has hit a huge iceberg and is sinking faster than the Titanic - cue the violins
  17. That's your logic. What Poole riders went public with their moans about last night?
  18. Nobody said he was wrong but do you really think that doing it in public is the right thing to do? A real motivational tool - hopefully it won't work for tonight!
  19. Matt Ford having a meltdown in the match report in the speedway GB website  I think he needs to brush up on his motivational skills
  20. Let's hope so as that will give KL every chance of getting the last playoff spot
  21. Only 18 posts and already a seasoned campaigner
  22. Best not to get too carried away. Poole will be like a wounded animal with their run of defeats (and a gifted 4 points from their KL away encounter) and riders who know their way around Blunsdon.
  23. Oh my! Poole's season going down the toilet. How many home losses is that this season? Well done Somerset
  24. Can a suspended rider be signed by another club while suspended? If not that will be his season over if he is released before Friday's deadline. EDIT Neil Watson previously posted that Friday is the last date - not Monday
