They are averages that do not reflect their current ability or take any consideration of their improvement (or otherwise) since they last rode here. Not blaming Poole - who are the masters of finding ringers (all within the rules) - the fault lies with the BSPA for allowing it. They have introduced a rule this season for SGP riders who didn't ride last year which I think a lot of people agree with but they haven't implemented this rule for all other riders - which would be fairer. Of course those that benefit won't see anything wrong because it gives them a big advantage over the other teams - and yes any other team can sign such riders - but it doesn't make it right!

I see Neil Watson is back as a co-promoter at Peterborough for next season.

I'm pretty sure Justin Tomlinson reported this a while back about not closing the Abbey until the new one was in place (a learning from the Reading fiasco). I hope that it is written down somewhere because if I bought one of the houses in the pits, I wouldn't be too happy if I wasn't a speedway or greyhound supporter.

^^^^^ Have you not noticed the houses in the pits? Can't say they will be happy to still have a speedway track at the end of their gardens. I do hope this gets sorted and the council do not relax their rule about having a new stadium before the current one can close!

I wouldn't wish illness on anyone. Starman may be annoying but I wish him well for a speedy recovery (so that he can see his Poole team getting thrashed out of sight next season )

I think he rode in the pre-season challenge - got injured and replaced by Smudger. When he was healed, we kept Smudger as he had been riding very well and would have been very harsh to drop him.

Why would anyone want Iversen when both Lindgren and Doyle are available? I like PUK but both Freddie and Jason are better riders.

Didn't take long to be spouting the party line (patronising btw) You had about as much chance of signing Dudek as you had signing Magic (no chance) and who's to say that Piotr Pawlicki wouldn't have gone back to Wolves? In other words Poole haven't been impacted by the new SGP rule for riders who didn't ride here last season.

Why do you keep putting Woryna at reserve when your team's press release clearly states that Woryna has a higher average than the other Pole? BTW If that is the team, it looks better than the gash from 2017.

My post wasn't trying to suggest anything - you are! Anyway, I believe that all riders who didn't ride here in 2017 should have their averages reviewed - not just GP riders

Except the Poole website suggests that Woryna has a higher average than the other one. Also not seen anything confirming Holder yet
